Fairfax Shopping Center

Here for Le Shio, good sushi. The vegetable tempura is really good, I wish they didn't charge more for soy paper, don't seem fair. If you go before 3pm, there are some good deals. The drinks are pretty good, and service can be a bit slow at times.

My brother and I went to the Hollywood Grille for lunch.
The waitress was very nice and courteous.
the order came out pretty fast the food was great.
service was great the atmosphere was really good also and they were playing Halloween songs on the radio
I like their T-shirts that they were wearing on the back of it said “love live and eat”
I give them a five star rating

Lots of great stores, from Panera to ACME (literally) with a liquor store, top-rated appliance store, 5 guys, pet store, banks, pizza...they have it all, and it's all very reasonable, no price hikes. Fairfax liquors is particularly great, they have a HUGE selection and very fair pricing. My go-to for beer, wine, and spirits, whatever the type or occasion.

So anyway, earlier this evening me and Derek were trying to figure out what we wanted to do. Our buddy Richard called and he was about 15 minutes away and decided to meet up with us. Derek and I were in the parking lot at the Fairfax Shopping Center and we were quite enjoying ourselves just chatting, totally benefiting from the ambient light provided by the Fairfax shopping center.

Richard pulls into the Fairfax Shopping Center and gets in the back seat of Derek's loner car - his car is in the shop for routine maintenance - and we basically just start talking and catching up with each other. Rich is a very excitable chat, full of energy. Derek, while he can be quite bubbly, was in a rather sour mood due to a poor trading day and various other Follies in which he's recently found himself.

Where was I going with this?

Lots of places in this shopping center make it a very convenient place. The pet supply store has helped me in a pinch when I ran out of filters for my fish tank. The liquor store always has what I'm looking for (which sometimes surprises me because it looks small from the outside). The Walgreens is good, not great, but good in a pinch if you need a snack, drink, or makeup. The poke bros place is delicious - don't let the small shop size or dim lighting fool you. Never had any bad food at any of the other food places here either.

I worked at the Radio Shack that recently closed, for almost 5 years. When I shut that store down, I believe it took a piece of me with it. My manager, and various other staff members I worked beside, put a lot of hard work and love into every corner of that store. I was privileged to meet some extraordinary people, with extraordinary minds!! And I became good friends with quite a few of the managers and coworkers I had the pleasure to work with during that time! I had fantastic customers, for the most part, and miss them dearly. I grew to know a lot of the business owners of some of the stores in the center, and miss their waves and smiles I'd receive, walking past them, on my way to work. No matter how I felt beforehand, it made me smile, and I'd wave back, and continue on ready to start my shift feeling EXCITED and READY to give the best service I could give, to each and every one of my customers. And now, when I frequent Fairfax Shopping Center, I walk with my head high and ALWAYS with a smile!!! And for that, I thank you!

The food here is great! The manager and the staff are very friendly and very helpful! Check it out fot yourself!

Good selection of shops. Hardware, liquor, pet store, drugstore, shoe store, fancy snacks, s large assortment of restaurants and much more. Ample parking even at the bank.

Grotto's Pizza takeout excellent pizza love Grotto's Taste of the beach at home. They also have great salads.

very happy with our assistance in finding what we wanted which was originally just a dishwasher but we ended up pairing a new oven as well. The pricing on everything was very competitive to big box stores and the customer service was much better than big box stores. Overall I was very impressed w how easy they made it for us to make a final decision and I highly recommend this for your appliances as well as cabinetry and much more!

Love when i go. It's always a very pleasant and welcoming experience from Walgreens to Fairfax Hardware to Pet Supplies Plus the staff is always friendly and warm. I always have my dogs with me and they are so welcoming to them as well. In these days a smile is so refreshing and needed. Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen. 👍👏🤗

Location has improved a lot during 2021, more improvements coming in 2022. Fairfax Hardware (excellent, old-fashioned neighborhood hardware shop) has expanded, Christiana Urgent Care is excellent, and a Shoe Repair shop is opening soon. Plus the best Panera in New Castle County!

This is best hardware store I have ever found. Like places I went with my Dad. Customer service is the best. Staff goes out of their way to help or find things. Will order if necessary. Fixed lock and matched new keys to locks. Free. I never want to see this place go out of business. It would be horrible to have to go to a box store.

Excellent group of stores. I love to get snacks from Candy For All Occasions and Walgreens, and fries from Five Guys. The guys at Sherwin Williams are great. Fairfax Hardware has saved me so much time by miraculously having what I need. It really is a great spot

Many restaurants to choose. Nail salon is the best.make an appointment for nails. I stopped to Poke Bro. The High Tide Poke Bowl is great for those who dont care for raw fish. They offer tofu and substitutes or just create your own bowl.

Christiana Care Urgent Care was very quick in assessing and diagnosing my condition. The environment was clean and precautionary measures first Covid were in place.

I frequent the Pet Supplies business there. This store has anything and everything you would want or need to feed and care for your pet (family member). Also, toys for their amusement. You can even take your pet inside 😊👍!!
