Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff here. They do become busy here so there is a queue sometimes, however, every time I’ve come here I never regret it.

Ms Tanisha is great and she puts her 100% to work. I went form passport and she asked me to come back with missing document. Best etiquette and amazing manners !! Need more folks like her every where they can constant can spread joy by just smile .

I always have the same gentleman when I come in, he's always smiling and friendly and I adore him! I don't know his name, but my receipt says he's clerk 13. He was by himself today but still keeping his normal positive energy and kept the line moving really fast. He's always very helpful and each time has made my visit easy and efficient. Good place to drop mail or packages off!

Went to this post office and all the ladies working at the window customer service were so pleasant and helpful, I told the nice lady her name is Ms. Stacy that is was the most pleasant post office I ever been too. Love the energy of the ladies and the good customer service

Though I’ve had negative experiences in the past at this location, I had an interaction with Orga this afternoon that completely erased all of that. Orga, thank you for being so kind and courteous! I hope you know that the way you treat others and make them feel makes such a difference, it certainly did for my mother and I.

Jamal was so helpful. After several cacelled appointments for passport renewal, I called very upset. Jamal called me personally the next day and arranged a time for me to come get my kids passports done the same day so I would not be inconvenienced again. He went above and beyond to resolve my issues. That is true customer service! Thank you

This review is for the Business Mail Acceptance unit at this location. The service when I drop off bulk mail is excellent. Sherry and her associate are always friendly and ready to help.

I don't know the young man's name at the 1st window at Quigley Blvd in historic Delaware New Castle, but the service this young man helped me with was outstanding 👏. I was applying for first passport. Thank you for a job well done. They need more like you.

Quicker than I expected. Pleasantly surprised by the fast, courteous service. Full disclosure I haven't often had to consume USPS services directly at the post office. Previois xperiences, from many years past, were less than positive. I beleive that people make the "world go round". The young lady that assisted me is great.

I always use this Quigley Blvd post office. The staff is great. Especially the gentleman at the first window. He is very nice. He knows his stuff. He always helps me out. They are not the delivery office for New Castle though. That one is in Old New Castle. For mailing packages and buying stamps. Quigley is the best post office.

The gentleman in the 1st window is always very polite and extremely helpful. The company should recognize him-his professionalism and great service is the reason why I go to this location.

Lovely folks, open late, knowledgeable, friendly, glad they are there when I'm running late and still need to post my parcel! 3 cheers!

Great PO, and open until 7PM. Friendly staff, especially Jamal and Elena. Living closer to the Old New Castle PO and id still rather come here any day of the week

Yeah, they are rude but if you do e-commerce and need to deliver fast then no other location ships faster! Also, they have great hours.

Great experience for drop shipments, but the norm for me at USPS facilities, that’s right, the post office DOES do a good job!
