Hardee’s

Just had the best experience at Hardee's in Bear, they really went out of their way for me during breakfast time. To make sure my large order was fresh and correct before leaving. Friendly staff , clean , nice atmosphere

We were driving back from Rehoboth Beach and got caught in a terrible thunderstorm. We luckily stopped at this Hardees in Bear, Delaware and we are so glad we did.
The food was delicious, probably the best fast food that we had in a while. Some of she highlights was the apple pie, that reminded us of the Taco Bell empanada which unfortunately discontinued, the chicken strips, and the mushroom burger. Other great aspects of this restaurant were the reasonable prices and the clean restaurant.

The most important aspect of this restaurant was its amazing staff. All of the people that we encountered were extremely nice, especially the cashier Chris and the manager. When they took our orders you could tell that they were understaffed but they got our food out quickly. However they stated that the food was coming out slower than normal and for that they were extremely apologetic. This is normally not done at fast food restaurants.

This Hardees is one of the best fast food locations I have ever been too due to their delicious food and amazing staff. Please visit to experience the other positive aspects of this restaurant.

The restaurant is VERY clean, and I especially loved my each tea. Megan went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of, I'd reccomend this Hardee's to anyone. 💖

Spent 45 mins trying to apply an offer to my order I called my bank first just to make sure there was no hick up with my card. Got the all clear , so finally the app applied my offer only to say now it's Haveing trouble applieing it to my order ,so I say heck I'm Gona walk in show knowing most likely. I would get. The shaft. . well thanks to BEN I WAS SHOWN CARE RESPECT AND MADE TO FEEL THAT I DO MATTER. AND WELL ALL I CAN SAY IS IVE NEVER FELT MORE OF A VALUED CUSTERMER AND BEN HANDLED THE WHOLE HR LONG AWWW IN. THESE. WORDS. IM SORRY YOUR HAVEING THIS ISSUE WITH THE APP . I'm what you would call a usual customer, and that isbfor a reason, the management , staff, and food are high quality.

This location is the best Hardee's I have ever been to. I travel alot and have been to many locations. My only complaint is that they no longer have onion rings lol.

Manager fixed our food before he went off the clock and it was good. And the bun was the best I have ever had from a fast food spot. Glad I tried them over the weekend.

Food was good. The customer service was GREAT. They forgot a fry in my order and chased me down out of the parking lot to make sure I didn’t leave without it. Extremely pleased to know customer service isnt completely dead

The workers on Friday was the best. My grandson and I stopped to take dinner home. My car wouldn't start and had to push out of driveway. The employee came out and helped but didn't have to. I appreciated it very much🙏 💛 😌 We will never forget the kindness and patience that was shown to us🤗

My son and I went there today for breakfast. It was delicious. The young lady at the drive thru who waited on us inside was very friendly. Her name was Adrian. She has excellent customer service skills. Hardee's needs more employees like Adrian Thank you

I had a major craving so we drove 1.5 hours and were so satisfied! The restaurant was clean and everything we ordered was deliciousss. We'll be back!

First time having Hardee's, the manager Adrienne was the most polite person I have met visiting Delaware and she deserves a good hug, she not only was polite but friendly and asked if we wanted any sauces and just had a nice smile. You were a great person and Matty and Mark appreciated the 1st experience .

Came here on a Saturday around 3p. The customer service was fantastic! Very kind, even brought out the food to us. The burger is better tasting than Checkers and Burger King for sure.

Very frequent buyer from here. Always have great customer service and the food is always to my liking. Natasha has been a standout employee at this establishment.

I appreciate the patience and kindness of the woman working in the drive thru today. My 5 year old was having a FULL meltdown and she managed to be patient and kind through out the entire ordeal. I will def go back just because of her kindness. Also The food was great!!!
