I needed a jumpsuit hemmed 2 days before leaving for a wedding. They did it for me at a reasonable price and it looked perfect. The other spots I asked said it would be at least a week or quoted me a ridiculous price since I was in a pinch. I’ve taken my suits to dry clean there too and have no complaints!

By far the best dry cleaner anywhere in the DC metro - I wish it were possible to give them six stars. This place really cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to make sure that each experience is as positive as possible. Incredible customer service, fast, friendly, good prices, and environmentally friendly - what more could you ever want from a dry cleaning business?

I’ve only had great experiences here for both cleaning and tailoring. I had two semi challenging bridesmaids dresses that needed lots of alterations and Tammy did a very nice job!

Was able to get a leather jacket cleaned and a suit altered within a week. Great service, fair prices.

Friendly, warm service - I literally go out of my way to give them my business. I prefer to walk an extra three blocks to Jefferson cleaners than some of the other (not so friendly) places closer by.

Great service, clean shop this is where I go!

I had two suit pants repaired there since the window promised “reweaving.” Sadly, what they did instead was badly patch and stitch over it which made the damage more obvious than the hole had been! Unhappy to waste the money and now I have to take it elsewhere to have their non-reweaving undone and properly done. Only go here for the most basic things.

I am not satisfied with their service.Very expensive.The lady who use to serve customer very rude and lair.She denied what she promised me to alterations for my pants.

Extremely overcharged for a dress. $37 for a simple gown from Lulu's, no beading, no sleeves, not a luxury material, no staining, is crazy! Yes it was long, but I've had the same dress cleaned elsewhere for under $20 withing the last year. My fiancé dropped off the dry cleaning and didn't realize it was an unreasonable price. I called later the same say to ask them if they could not clean the dress and they said it was too late but they could give some store credit. I didn't want store credit considering I won't be going back and the woman hung up on me!

Sadly very rude, told me I wouldn’t be charged for some items since they were so late then accused me of lying when I reminded them. Told me I had ‘mental problems’ and to ‘shut up’ when I was calmly asking for an explanation. And to top it all off they did a bad job of cleaning.

Very Bad service. I brought several items and laundry and everything was treated poorly. Stains not treated, one sock missing and the shirt ironed at such a high temperature that the some of them were partially ruined. Very Very disappointed.
