CVS

Jessica, the pharmacist, moves mountains to make things happen — and she remembers my name (how anyone in such a high paced, stressful service business could do that with the throughput they get, is just astounding). I’ve not had universally great experiences with this pharmacy, but whenever Jessica is on duty, I quite literally breath a sigh of relief because I know that I’m going to be taken care of and she won’t rest until it’s fixed. I will continue to come back to this CVS Pharmacy as long as I live here, and she works there. (And yes, all it takes is one REALLY incredible staff member to merit a five star rating, just like it only takes one really not great staff member to tank a rating)

This CVS is great. The customer service is excellent and I see improvement everyday. The associates there are very helpful and nice.

I got new insurance and had an issue with "prior authorization." My doctor was not helping at all. I went nine days without a medication I really depended on and it was awful. A pharmacist looked up some discounts and found some workarounds. After all his handwork, he cut the price from $200 out of pocket to $18 and found a solution until I can sort this out. They were a huge help during a bad situation.

Pharmacist went above and beyond to get critical prescriptions filled after mis-communication with the hospital. Incredibly professional and caring. They have also always filled other outpatient prescriptions quickly and efficiently with auto text alerts. Very pleased with this location and its staff!

First review from me for a CVS. Had a nice chat with Officer Jones inside the store who was a great guy doing great work for clients and for the company. Kudos to CVS for hiring Officer Jones

I was in a serious jam and in a big time rush, but the manager Kyara did a great job of helping me find the items I needed. She seemed to care as much as I did. I’m not used to this kind of great customer service in 2022, so I had to shout her out on Google. Keep up the great work. That store is lucky to have you.

I can say that the pharmacy staff was very helpful with my meds. I haven't been asleep in a week and I really needed my meds. And I thought that my insurance wasn't going to cover it and the staff took their time and got it squared away. This CVS is the best and they deserve a bonus. Plus the store is clean and Organized!!! The manager Ton is absolutely incredible. I had to make a last minute move and he went above and beyond to keep boxes aside for me to pick up multiple times. He is extremely kind and his customer service is superb. I will always remember this and will come back to this and recommend this CVS location

This store is willing to go the extra mile. Pharmacy is awesome, Each pharmacist takes time to explain medication and interactions, while I can read, it’s still nice to know someone will make time to keep me safe.

Incredible staff. I’ve been to CVS all over the place and this is the best one I’ve ever been to. Well run with happy employees. Always a pleasant visit.

The shop itself is just OK but the pharmacy folks are great. They're friendly, helpful and super easy to work with. Hope they stick around!
