For the last 4 months I have been stopping once or twice per week at this location to grab a quick bite on my way to work... The hotdog buns are always cold. The warmer is either broken or they just never turn it on. On my last visit they didn't even had room temperature buns outside, they took some out of the freezer and handed me two frozen buns for me to microwave them myself.

Don’t follow their own posted hours and are actively alienating the community that lives here. Pretty soon the very people that they have an enhanced police presence for and the unsuspecting tourist/transplant are going to be the only ones shopping there.

And when the boogie/more expensive convient store open a block up, and the city reroutes and reshapes so that the homeless leave a now gentrified/gringo/no sabo Columbia Heights, they will look back and say/think In so many words that equate to “the Latinos and the black abandoned us” but it was them who abandoned us. It was them that watched as their customers dwindled and their employees grow ruder. It was them that closed minutes to hours early so they could chat and go home hours away(because of course they can’t afford this area). And in the end, when they in the death throws they will be fired and relocated to SE where there will do it all over again.

But c’est la vie, non?

Hours are listed as "5:30am-11:00pm" but in effect is more like "whenever we feel like it..." Waste of my time. They should have their franchise revoked.

There’s a very rude cashier that I’ve had a run in with 3 times. He yelled at me One time for a mistake he made and didn’t even apologize. I told him he was very aggressive and plain rude. He played my lottery tickets wrong, and ringed me up the wrong price for an item before. They also turn off the lottery machine often because most of them don’t know how to work the machine. I patronize this store regularly and I usually ask for a different cashier when this rude cashier is there. But today he was the only cashier and you guessed it. We got into a argument again!! He was on the register at 3:30pm. I will not be patronizing this 711 any more. I’m also calling corporate. Wish I could’ve give this place any stars at all.

bad service I wanted to enter the store the door was closed a person passed by and just ignored me when I asked if it was open he saw and ignored me 👎👎👎👎

Hours are listed as opening at 530am, but went at 620am and they were closed

I tried to buy an Amazon gift card, the very rude cashier immediately said “You can only pay CASH for gift cards, no credit cards”. I walked to the CVS across the streets because I am definitely not paying cash for this 7-eleven made-up policy. Please put a sign on your gift cards “CASH ONLY”.

Not actually 24 hour. Went at 5:30am today and doors locked
