I could not be happier with our new roof. Cannot recommend enough.

Upon arrival for estimate, Dynamic walked us through each step, provided videos of what to expect, and made us feel so confident in choosing them.

Dynamic Remodel and Repair was thorough and worked extremely hard throughout the day to get our roof done. The team had our property cleaned after and owner even returned to double check everything was up to their standards.

Would definitely return and use them again should we have anymore needs!

Phil and his team did a great job! I wanted siding completed on my house. Phil gave me a quote, we agreed on price, parts were ordered and the guys came out a few weeks later to complete. I think from beginning of quote to completion of project it was 4-5 weeks. Really quick! It took the guys 4 days to complete the actual project. 2 guys busted their tails. They were respectful and always cleaned up after the day. I’m a stickler and can’t find a flaw. I would absolutely recommend them!

Dynamic just completed my project that consisted of a new roof, new gutters and gutter guards. They did an excellent job. Phil was very responsive throughout the project, and worked around the schedule of other projects I had happening at the same time. I had requested a specific gutter guard that Dynamic usually doesn’t carry, and they were able to source it for me without issue. All the crews were great. Would definitely call them if I need anything else done.

Phil and his crew just installed a large picture window in our home and they did a fantastic job. His workers were polite, professional, and left my house spotless afterwards. Phil came back twice for some touch up work, and his customer service is second to none. Thanks Phil!

We used Phil a few years back to put a deck on our house and loved his work so we called him again to come out to check a roof leak. He found an area leaking that may be due to the installation of solar panels and suggested we contact our installation company. We contacted them and Phil was right. The damage was on the solar company. I will definitely use Phil in the future and appreciate his honesty.

Excellent reviews and for good reason! Phil was referred to me by a contractor I regularly work with. Phil's quote was reasonable and it was pretty much full service. He never overpromised and followed thru on everything - from scheduling the day of work, time his guys would show up, trash pick up, gutters, from A-Z. I didn't have to worry about anything. No corners were cut -- these guys know what they're doing. I'd def hire again.

Roofing job complete in no time. Phil was able to not only get our roof done in a small window due to insurance company timelines but he also worked with my insurance company to make sure all was completed on time. Best business and service!

Dynamic has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. I used them to replace two cedar roofs, cedar siding, gutters, windows, doors and a few other odd and end jobs. They were awesome throughout the entire process. Anytime something came up, they owned the issue and worked to rectify in an efficient, professional and client friendly manner. Phil and his crew replaced every window as well as a number of doors on our home. We can’t speak highly enough for his work ethic, honesty, communication, punctuality, etc throughout the entire process!

My family's home had crumbling exterior stucco. The house is from 1937 and the stucco was mostly original (84 yr old stucco... so not bad!). After getting a few quotes for stucco repair vs. new siding, we decided to remove the old stucco and get the siding. The owner, team and crew from Dynamic were great to work with on this project. Responsive to questions I asked. Fairly priced and excellent workmanship. Honestly, they communicated well, set appointments, showed up for said appointments, worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. What more can you ask? I have no problem recommending Dynamic to anyone looking for a contractor and I feel confident knowing they did a great job.

We had a roof replaced, new window and new door installed. The whole experience was great and I would recommend them to anyone. The quotes we got were right in line or just beat some other local competitors. Steve came up with multiple combinations for our ProVia door and didn’t hesitate to go back and make adjustments multiple times. We appreciated the communication along the way from Scott. He was always available for any questions we had once the jobs were under way. We are happy with all 3 jobs that were done and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for our next project.

Was having water problems due to stucco siding and needed to switch to vinyl siding. Called Phil with dynamic and he was very informative and just a great guy to work with. Great prices and flexible financing options were available. Phil’s team was amazing. What I thought would take at least a week was done in 3 days. From stucco to vinyl and it looks amazing. True professionals at their job. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get siding work done.
