I have been buying planes from the little counter at their factory since I was a little kid in the 1980s. I went in last week, bought my third go round at the Javelin and it was like entering a time machine. It is as I remember it down to the candy dish on the counter. Their catalog is right there on the table and you can order up whatever you want in a minute. The laser cutting is certainly a nice update, but I will would keep everything else the same ... right down to the 1950s-era complaint letter on the wall. I hope this is a hobby I can continue enjoying with my sons and I will certainly return again. Thanks Guillows!

I started building planes from Guillow around 1963. Working on 5 kits in 2013 that I still want to finish and fly again. Two new ones I have will want me to work on them and fly them soon.
Today was the first day I got to see where the kits were made.
