The all-included package with port and airport transfers was very good value. Masa was an exceptional guide. His intimate knowledge of the subway system allowed us to visit many more highlights than would have been possible without him. We were very comfortable and at ease throughout our trip while he shepherded us around Tokyo. Would not hesitate to recommend Masa and Across Africa Tours for Tokyo visits.

Had a 1 to 1 guide experience with Shawn. 4 nights, 5 days comfort tour in Namibia. I can thoroughly recommend the trip. All the highlights and was looked after extremely well by Shawn. Very knowledgeable so was happy to leave everything to him during the tour. Saw all the highlights and Shawn knew the best way to do things. Namibia is a fascinating country - so many different sides. I've been to other parts of Africa (I love the continent) and was so pleased to be able to have this new experience.

Fantastic Tour company! Across Africa offers all kinds of tours all over Africa. I just completed the 15 day Madagascar trip and it was excellent. Very nice properties with good food and a wonderful guide and driver and a perfectly curated trip. It was an amazing destination. Megan the manager was just excellent, she and her team took care of us the entire way, there were demonstrations in the capital and they moved our hotel to a peaceful property for our safety and enjoyment. I am very impressed with this company and would highly recommend and trust traveling with them. I am hoping to book again with them for Chad and Niger..

Private personalized tour in Port Louis, Mauritis on February 29th with MiLa was fabulous and very in depth. We visited the Aapravasi Ghat memorial to indentured servants in the sugar industry, central market, Hindu temple, modern shopping district with red and yellow umbrellas strung overhead, lunch at Chez Jante Athalie, tour of SSR Botanic Gardens and ended with a tea ceremony at a fermented tea factory. Totally amazing day!!

All in all great experience in central Madagascar with a welcoming guide/driver and above average accomodations

Minor hiccups along the way:
- Delayed start of the tour was not communicated to us - make sure the ask for the contact information of the guide beforehand. The agency was quick to help despite the time difference though!
- The standard hotel for this tour in Ranomafana was fully booked and we had to change to another hotel with a little less comfort (no AC!).

We took the 7day/6 night Best of Southern Africa Tour. It was an amazing experience. Across Africa did a great job coordinating all of our tours and transfers. Megan was quick to respond to all our questions. We especially enjoyed John our game driver in Kuger and Clouds our guide/coordinator/shepherd in Zimbabwe. They both made this a memorable trip. There are challenges to travel in Africa but these guides were always there for us.

Fabulous tour, exactly as promised and in spite of being hours late at pickup due organisation issues on our ship our guide Wiseman was waiting patiently for us.

We have just returned from an amazing trip to the tribes in Southern Angola by ACROSS AFRICA TOURS & TRAVEL. We are 4 people from Greece, we spent 2 nights in tents where the service was great (mattresses, pillows , sleeping bags, they even had shower facilities). We stayed at two excellent hotels in Lubago (Pululukwa Resort) and Namibe (Yona Hotel). When visit each tribe we had a local guide who arranged contact with the tribe and how much we would pay for photos . The organization of the trip was excellent and our drivers handled everything responsibly and professionalism .
