Great place, a holiday tradition, ANd we had. A problem with our ham. Needless to say, the customer service is fine at this store. I was able to contact them by phone, with minimal wait. They gave me their email. We sent pictures of the mostly uneaten ham, receipt, and picture of the label. They refunded our purchase and said they wished more people would call instead of leaving bad reviews so they could help. They want to help.

When we visited it was early morning and Christmas Eve Eve. I will say the greetings were not all that friendly but thank you for working on the holidays, it was gonna be a very busy day. No harm. No foul. Did not impact star score for me. Try to cheer up.

We’ll definitely be back. These hams are amazing and 10 years in I’ve never even thought about a refund until this year. Our ham has an undisclosed problem and the store was VERY accommodating.

Just call them. They will make it right.

What's not to love about honey baked ham or turkey. Of course they are busy but the friendly staff have an effective system that is quick and easy regardless of pre-order or walk-in.

My brother gifted us a 10lb bone in ham for Christmas dinner. It was delicious, jucy, smokeysweet flavor. We served it as suggested, room temperature. There is a excellent tutorial on serving suggestions on their website. When we picked it up it was crazy busy. We had to wait in line outside in 28 degree weather for 15 + minutes because only so many could be inside at a time. If it's a holiday order and pay on line before going there! That line moved very fast and no backup having to wait out in the cold. The ham was very very good and worth the wait. I would highly recommend it. Serving it at room temperature made for a quick and high quality meal.

Always a go-to for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I wish there was a location closer to Renton, Tukwila area.

Lisa and Johm saved our Easter! We were on our way with an ETA of 6:32pm. I called to see if I could pre-order and pay and Lisa said she would stay open to take care of us. We got there right at 6:30 and she was waiting like she said she would be.
It's the night before Easter and I know how desperate everyone is to close after a long day. The fact that she would sacrifice her personal time to make sure we had a beautiful meal for the holiday means so much.
Bellevue has a great team at this location. I'm going to come here, specifically, to support them with our dollars.

This place has the best ham I have ever eaten. Their turkey breasts are even better. They put this glaze on top of their hams and turkey breasts and it is so delicious. there reservation system is quick and easy, although a little out-dated, it still gets the job done with out an issue. Their lunch options are great although they don't cater to breakfast in anyway so no egg sandwiches. But they use the same ham and turkey on their sandwiches that they sell in packages for peoples dinners/meals so their sandwiches are great. I have never once have gotten that didn't have fresh ingredients. They also make their own sauces and oh my word I have never had a better honey mustered.

Obsessed with this place!!! They made it so easy to pick up an entire Thanksgiving Meal in 2020. All we had to do was heat it up and the flavors were AMAZING! I highly recommend them. We’ve been back multiple times since then - they have sandwiches and sauces for sale and full-on meals for any occasion! I can’t believe I didn’t know about them sooner and always look forward to ordering from them again!

Fast friendly service. I was surprised how fast I was in and out. Staff was able to answer my questions to plan ahead for Thanksgiving. Didn't want to come too close to Thanksgiving day. My kids love the frozen mac and cheese.

The hams are a bit pricey, but worth it. Good quality, tasty, and easier. Their turkey is also great. This helps us get a bit more time back with family and out of the kitchen.

Fresh, high quality, tasty, well built sandwiches made quickly to order. Some sandwich places get all in touch with their internal sammich maker, checking their feelings...is that tomato place correctly? Is the lettuce crooked? Not these guys. They know what a great sammich should look like, they put it together and don't take a nap while doing it. You know where I'm talking about. THIS my friends, is a great sandwich shop that gets you great food, fast.

I used a coupon from their website to try a complimentary sandwich and I must say that I was extremely impressed. Not only was the store clean and the service excellent, but I had such a delicious ham sandwich on a croissant and will be back for more in the future. Give it a try if you love sandwiches!

I love honey baked ham and this place is conveniently located near work. The Mac and Cheese is also great.

Ordered the boneless turkey breast for Christmas. It's moist and delicious. The honey baked glaze is soooo good!

Wonderful over the phone service that was patient and informative. Mikayla (spelling??) was friendly and helpful. She gave me practical tips to get my order in time for the holiday.

These folks were doing it right during the time of COVID - thanks for keeping us all safe while moving the line quickly. Have my 'sides' in the oven now! Have tried the ham already but like always, it's DELICIOUS!
