Dorothy was AMAZING! I needed proof of insurance last minute. Our client wanted to settle in a couple days and waited to the very last minute to get me his information. Dorothy got it all taken care of and had proof emailed to me the very next day! She was super friendly to deal with too! It really makes such a difference! It definitely made my day!!

Dorothy Cline continues to be an outstanding and competent agent. We have known her for years. She responds immediately to my questions, and has been a huge help to us over the years. When my husband passed away in January, she was also very compassionate.

i spoke to a lady named Debbie.. she was great!!! she did everything she could to help me save money!!! she even recommended a few different auto insurance companies that may give me even lower rates from the ones that she provided me.. i have never dealt with such a nice and honest person when it came to my MONEY!! i really did her best to help me find a low quote. i ended up getting a lower rate from the insurance company THE GENERAL... Because of her honesty and willing to help i chose to go with Debbie even tho i found a lower rate with a diff company!! I loved the honesty the care and the realnest i received from her!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for helping me and understanding my situation!!

I had inadvertently paid my ex husbands car insurance, which led to mine being behind and on the cusp of being cancelled. It was through the agency’s diligence that I had even realized it happened. Believe me I was not feeling that generous. The agency worked hard to rectify my mistake. They were so responsive to every panicked question I had. The premium was able to be switched over to my account., and safeguards were put in place to keep this from happening again. Highly recommend!!!
