Victor's Celtic Coffee & Roasters

Andrea who is the owner did an amazing job of helping me out on a last minute request. We had an important demo with a customer, and she organized pastries and coffee as a surprise to their office early in the morning. A beautiful setup with fall colours and what looked like delicious coffee and treats. She did not charge a delivery fee, and this isn’t a service they normally provide. Great communication and attention to detail. I’d happily recommend this shop, and can’t wait to come in and say hi next time I’m in town. Photos below are the prep tables… actual display was even more gorgeous.

A really incredible and unique experience. Best experienced by getting everything "for here", which isn't the usual anymore. Could envision myself staying inside for hours if I lived close by. It's a lovely interior with a very nice staff, good coffee, and a nice rooted Irish culture. I had been meaning to visit for quite some time and I'm glad I did, didn't disappoint. Good cappuccino, but good drip as well.

But the service is where they shine! So friendly and kind. Andrea does an amazing job at training all of the staff.

We went on a very busy Saturday morning but the staff was kind and we found a seat easy enough! It seems like there's enough tables that you can find someone who's leaving most of the time even if it's completely packed. The cinnamon roll was so good and I really liked my iced ammericano, too. 😊

I had the “dirty” Matcha latté 🍵 while my wonderful friend had the chai.

They have so many desserts and breakfast items, and they offer a large variety on their drink menu.

The staff is very friendly and attentive.

The ambience is cozy, roomy, and they have a lot of tables and chairs.

Wonderful surprise discovering this coffee shop. From the outside and it looks a bit like a hole in the wall to be frank. However, upon entering I can see their has been a lot of love put into the inside, the decor, and especially the food and beverage.

I am a chai person, not a coffee person, and the chai was tasty and most importantly - HOT.

I love that they offer sizes above 8 and 12 oz. I ended up with a 24 oz Tanker which was the perfect size and also large enough that the mass kept my drink hot as I drank it. I look forward to visiting again.

I run a local winery near Victor's, and had an event coming up and swung in to ask if they would display our info cards for the event. The gentleman behind the counter, Victor, graciously said he would and said they loved promoting this kind of stuff. He offered me coffee as well! Amazing local coffee shop in Redmond with an a fantastic person (Owner?) behind the counter. Definitely go out of your way to get your coffee fix so that you can support this awesome business. We got both the dirty matcha latte and the Irish nudge. I loved the chocolate notes of the Irish Nudge all while not being overly sweet. It was creamy, refreshing, and reminded me of an elevated hot chocolate.

The dirty matcha latte was also good, although it was a lot less creamy. It really didn't have too much sugar, which I liked; it helped to bring out the earthy matcha notes along with the mix of espresso. If you do have a sweet tooth, I recommend requesting them to add more sugar.

This place is cute and has good variety of coffees and baking goodness. Everything is made in house and served to perfection.

Really really good coffee. Staff is all very friendly, drinks came out quickly. Location is easy to get to with smoke parking, lots of space indoors.

Cozy coffee spot, great for a card game/board game get together. Service was friendly and quick, coffee was delish, and snack selection is broad. Will come again!

Love the aesthetic and vibe here. Friendly and helpful service. Only tried the drip here so far but it was pretty tasty. Self-service mugs for the drip and reasonable prices. They don't allow laptops, tablets or business meetings on weekends, so bring your favorite book or friends and family to chat with.

The pastries always look amazing and the coffee is tasty. It's a fun place to meet up with friends or to go alone. It's busy at the times you would expect. The Christmas decorations made me smile this morning.

Been here many times,always a great experience. They roast their own coffee in house which is roasted perfectly and gives a smooth and strong flavor. I believe they have over 17 different roasted beans to choose from so you can definitely choose what flavor is best for you.I’m an avid coffee drinker and this is one of the best places for delicious coffee. They also have soups and breakfast sandwiches made fresh. They have a lot of different desserts to choose from. If want want coffee and a great experience then stop by.

I tried the Black Forest latte, and now I want to try all their signature drinks, all of them look amazing! Although it took a while for the coffee to be ready, it was delicious, and the place is very cozy and welcoming to chat with friends.

Hands down the best coffee in Redmond, maybe beyond. OJ is well priced, cinnamon roll is a must try. Gotta get a bag of beans.

Great ambience and service! The barista was so incredibly nice, welcoming and accommodating. The chocolate cookie and snickers latte was really good! Loved the cozy fireplace too 🔥

I almost didn’t write this review because part of me secretly wanted to keep this place to myself. Alas, here we are against my better judgement... This is far and above the best small coffee shop I have had the pleasure of walking into in my almost 31 years of existence. The staff are quick to greet you and make suggestions when asked. Without being in your face about it. They have a perfect cozy and clean atmosphere. Most importantly the Irish nudge is like drinking happiness in a cup and getting a hug from the inside out all at once. Get yourself one. 1000000000000/10.
