Tyra was consistently professional, knowledgeable and responsive throughout my experience with Storage Etc. She is always available and quickly to return calls or emails. The facility was cleanly, well maintained and very easy to access anytime , and it's conveniently located right off of the freeway. The prices are great and Tyra, the manager explained all of my options and was very personable. I would definitely recommend Storage Etc. There are a lot of different options and sizes for storage and she explained everything in detail. She made my experience very easy. Thank you Tyra!

We just moved in last week and Tyra was great! She showed us multiple size units so we could decide what we needed, the place is clean and secure with cameras and right off the freeway. The customer service was great start to end. Thanks Tyra!

I became a new tenant there, and I was truly impressed by the manager! She was beyond helpful in explaining every detail of the policies, and went above and beyond in helping me get settled, and explaining all the details of the contract and the rules couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. I have recommended this facility to everyone that has asked me about storage. This lady deserves kudos!!!!

I am a New tenant here. My experience was great! The manager was so friendly and professional. She showed us multiple units upon our request and walked us through everything. Moved in the same day.. well and very clean.. I almost wanted to live there myself ha ha.. 5 stars

My move in was great! The manager was helpful and the golf cart ride was fun! Easy access, access hours are great and I would totally recommend!

I like this location because it's right off of the fwy and makes for easy access. The property is clean and the manager is so helpful and welcoming. You can tell she really cares about her work.

Jason in the office was so awesome. Super helpful and kind. Explained everything to me perfectly and had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Prices are pretty standard, but I did get the first month's rent for $1 and you really can't beat that! Finally a storage facility with some friendliness. I've been to a lot of different storage facilities and I always had the feeling that they were waiting for a reason to chastise me or try and get me in trouble. It's really nice not feeling like you and your things aren't at the mercy of some jerk in an office.

Great place to rent for storage. Right off I-15 and 90th south. Great location. The site manager was great and always helped immediately when I needed help. I was able to get a discount on my first month thanks to the site manager and luckily was able to move out after only needing the storage for 2 months. I would certainly recommend to any friends and family needing a place for storage either temporary or long term. Was able to drive right up to my unit to load and unload. Never too busy or crowded or inconvenient to get in and out of. Very thankful to have rented with such a great place.

Competitive rates, but best of all was the customer service. Jacob is one of the managers there and always exhibited genuine care and anxious to his very best for us. I would definitely recommend them.

Super convenient, very affordable units - also had fantastic customer service every time we visited the office or called. Our unit was also the perfect size for us - a bit bigger than a moving truck - maybe a truck and a half.

Good pricing deals, the property is kept clean, there are security cameras and the access hours are great.

This is a great place to store your junk, stuff that's just taking up room in your garage. Secured well and never have a problem with billing or anything. I do have a problem with the app that lets you in once you're by the gate, but I'm sure it's something on my part.

Talked to about 4 different storage centers in the area. All of which had bad customer service and were dirty and unreliable. Drove past towns storage and walked in and was immediately at peace once talking with Rolanda the site manager. She found interesting ways to connect with me and make me feel comfortable and offered me water. We love the space and it is easy to access our unit even though it is down a hallway. they offer options of units you can drive to as well as ones in a hallway for a little less. So grateful I found this place!!

Erica was amazing in the office. Super helpful and honest. Very friendly and had us laughing too Has been a great experience and recommend this location to everyone. Lots of cameras for security. We searched for many storage units. Best price and best service out of all we found in area.
