DABS Utah State Liquor Store #16 Sandy

I can't help but leave with a box. I'm not that big of a drinker but when the state restricts my purchasing ability I've gotta stock up! Parking is good, the store is large and the selection is decent. There have been a few things I haven't been able to find but they always have substitutes.

It's a state liquor store with a good selection of pretty much everything you could ask for. Being right next to an Asian store is also pretty nice, being one of the few liquor stores in the state that stocks Soju.

People complain about the parking lot from time to time but it's nowhere near the worst (that honor easily goes to the Murray location).

This store was the only one that had the gift set I wanted, the shelves are stock, the aisles are clear, and the cashier's are friendly.

Huge selection. Easy self service. Plenty of parking.

Quick and easy. Plan ahead, don't go shopping here the night before a holiday.

First time in this store and they really have it all and a decent selection of sales booze. Great store & customer service.

Easy access, great selection, cheerful service. Try the Sazerac rye. Ask for it at checkout.

They always treat me well, no pun intended but it works, they always have my favorite and the price doesn't shock me. It's just a great time!

It is a good store. Pretty average prices. Always many options. I just don't get why this is on the middle of nowhere

This store has great inventory. Of course the inventory is standardized for all liquor stores across the entire state, but still, you are very likely to find everything you want or need here unless you are looking for very specific, high-end brands of liquor.

The staff is also knowledgeable. On this specific visit I was looking specifically for what they had in inventory in the way of potato vodkas. The employee who assisted me was very knowledgeable and even showed me a special sale priced potato vodka made in Idaho, which was specifically what I was hoping to find.

The combination of the large selection of liquors and brands in combination with knowledgeable staff that can help you find just about whatever you are likely looking for makes this a great store and shopping experience for me.

What’s Up with Draper & Sandy being Out of Stock wiTh Delicious Red?

The cashier who has helped me the few times I have used this location has been so sweet and friendly. They can get a little busy on the weekends but they still move extremely fast so the lines don't last long. There has never been something I was looking for and couldn't find when shopping here. Definitely suggest this location over the one in Draper.

Excellent selection of craft beers & liquors. Super clean and fair prices too. Plenty of parking with handicap stalls & store entrances. Staff is always happy, friendly and willing to help. Really fast check out considering they are always incredibly busy.

Employees were very friendly, helpful and quick

For how busy this place is I was still in and out in about 10minutes. Much better than my local liquor store that's less busy but much much slower.

With a reduced maximum occupancy the line still gets pretty long outside, but was relieved that it moved a lot quicker than I expected. At least 95% of the public wore masks and everyone seemed mindful of space. Appreciate every employee who worked quickly to keep the lines moving and the DABC for keeping things safe!

This is always a busy store, which is a bit of a double edged sword. With the current restrictions this means a wait outside. But due to the popularity of this store they have access to a slightly higher variety of goods. The staff are always quick and easy to work with.

They are on top of things! Always ID even when I have seen a patron who is obviously older and defiantly of age to buy products sold here. I have seen them become all happy because they feel young! I like this store because they have went above and beyond to help me. They looked up ingredients for my favorite drink and helped me so it tasted perfect!
