Very clean facility with nice staff, I only met one gal but she was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I waited a bit to rate because I wanted to see if the promotion I got played out well. I knew exactly what to expect. I have a larger unit and it was clean when I moved in and there have been no security issues as of yet.

Michelle went above and beyond!! I found myself if an emergency situation with mine and my kids belongings. Michelle gave us a safe place to store our things at a killer rate. I have never had a storage facility or it's staff make me feel so comfortable, welcome and 100% happy with the entire process from beginning to end. Thank you Michelle!!

Staff were always very helpful and easy to communicate with. All our belongings came out after 5+ years with no damage, water stains, rodent nests, or mold infestations. Would rent again.

I showed up early and was first customer. AMAZING experience. Lisa got me all taken care of in leas than a half hour for all paperwork, seeing unit, etc. I was able to pay for all the time I needed in advance and the place is super clean and nice. Thank you for amazing service!

I've been renting storage here since 2008. I like the security and safety of this up-to-date facility. It is well-lit and very clean. Right now I rent one unit but have rented up to three as needs arose. Lisa has been a blessing in the customer service area. Her ability to share a good laugh, build a customer service relationship and inspire trust are key elements that have kept me here for ten years. I'm starting the second ten years with gratitude for the great service and trust that has been earned by Lisa and Keylock Storage!

My boyfriend and I recently won a unit auction At keylock storage. While we were there cleaning the unit, Michelle Brandenburg Was very helpful With how the process works, checking in on us from time to time to see if we needed anything. She was busy keeping the facility clean, In fact it is one of the cleanest facilities I have ever seen. So if you are in need of spare storage you should go see Michelle at keylock!

Lisa is the best! I had to leave town for 4 months and she watched and even my dad tried to enter, and she was on it. Asking him all kinds of questions. They are high security, no worry. I would recommend them with no problem.

The operations manager is a beautiful lovely woman who greets people with such kindness. I am happy to know her and the place is kept very nice and clean. She's always available to help.
