Gorgeous nails for a reasonable price. I love this place, the workers are very kind and pay good attention to detail. They make sure to check in and ask that you’re enjoying the service and liking the results. Besides amazing service it’s a beautiful salon with a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. I have gotten a pedicure here several times and absolutely love it. Kaylin is very detail oriented, uses all clean and newly opened tools. She is very thorough with any hanging cuticles and rough areas. She has always taken her time and has made me feel like I was her one and only client. Will continue to go back.

Love coming here, the service is great and they are gentle with ur nails, fully recommend for a date with ur mom or sister!

I just went to Urban Dolls and had an excellent experience. All the things that kept me from going back to other salons were NOT the case here. 1. The technician didn’t hurt me during the pedicure 2. The very nice nail technician did not make small talk - I prefer not talking 3. I did not feel like the nail technicians were talking about the customers. 4. The polish dried very quickly. 5. No CBD lotion - I just don’t want this. Very nice job and I’ll return.

Got a pedicure and acrylics and am very pleased. The gentleman who did my pedicure was thorough and spent his time massaging, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed without feeling like he was in a rush to get paid and get me out the door! The gal who did my nails was also great, very nice, patient and attentive! I showed up with a picture, she gave me prices before starting and I was over satisfied with results! Will definitely be my 1st pick. They're more expensive but very worth it 👌

I had such a wonderful experience here! The lady that attended me was super nice and she clearly explained to me how much everything would cost. I was aware of how much I would be spending on designs I liked. This really struck me because at other nail salons I would be charged excessively without knowing what I was being charged for, or in other cases they would tell me until after they were done with my nails. All I did was show the lady a picture and she walked me through the price. She was very gentle and took her time doing my nails!! I will definitely be coming back!

I came in with out an appointment and they were able to see me. They did such an awesome job just from a few pictures i showed them.

Love this place! I have seen the same lady twice now and she is very thorough shaping and placing nail fill down to the cuticle. My new place for sure!

First time here and had the best experience ever! I was worried they would rush us because they were short handed and about to close, it was the exact opposite... they stayed late and made us feel so comfortable. We had wine, the ultimate pedicure, and left with our toes looking better than the pics we brought in to show them for the designs! I will be back.

I am new to the area and wanted to find a good nail spot for my gel manicures and THIS IS IT! They are so friendly and don’t rush through clients as they make sure you leave with your nails looking perfect. My nails seriously look amazing. So happy to have found my new nail spot!

The were a little higher priced for their "all out" pedicure, but the service we received was phenomenal. They even stayed late to finish my mother's full set on her manicure. We had a seaweed leg wrap, leg massage, hot rock massage, and they did a great job and were very attentive throughout the whole experience.

I recently moved to the Tri Cities and was nervous to try out a new nail salon but my friend and I needed a girls day and said she’d been here before, so I went for it. Hands down the BEST pedicure I’ve ever received!!! They have four different pedi options ranging from a cheaper basic pedicure to a more pricy but luxurious sounding one - and I just chose the step above basic, which is the Deluxe pedicure option. INCREDIBLE! The man who was working with me took his time with a great massage, used a delicious smelling orange sugar scrub (they have tons of scent options), and there were even hot rocks involved. If that was a step up from basic, I can’t imagine how wonderful the top pedicure option is. Also, every single person working was so kind and funny. My friend also got a full set and the man who did it was very precise with his work and joked around with us the whole time - even showed us some of his amazing past nail work for inspiration on our next girls day. The salon is cute, clean, and cozy feeling. It looked like they have a variety of drinks for guests, but my friend and I already had coffee with us. They also offer different services like waxing and massages. They are worth every single penny and I cannot wait to go back!

Took my daughter to get her first pedicure here. They were so good with her and patient. Did a great job!
