It's a small hotel but probably one of the cleanest and nicest staff there. The girl that does breakfast COME ON NOW you can do better. Why is the oatmeal WATERY and 🤢 we know eggs are from carton or even the bag. But, you could at least make it presentable and the sausage AGAIN we know you DON'T actually cook. But, when you work graveyard and want a good breakfast and not water substitutions. You can only eat so many waffles 🤣.

I’ve stay at this location. Lots of times for work. The customer service here is excellent.Tali checked me in. I explained to her that I work graveyard and need a room where I can sleep and as usual she got me the best room. The location is excellent. Very close to lots of places to eat and grocery store within three minute drive. The rooms are always very clean. Great staff, clean inside & out and a great location.

Enjoyable stay. The staff was great. I have a hard time walking, and they accommodate me with a room near the exit-entrance. Being next to the freeway is convenient but a little noisy.

Great customer service! Clean rooms and everything worked. Pool area was clean and didn’t smell like chlorine like a lot of hotel pools that are inside. Continental breakfast was good and had decent options as well. Would recommend this hotel anytime!

Rooms big, spacious, clean, air fresh. TV says hello Marsha on the screen when I walk through the door. Close enough to walk to eating establishments. Not fancy...but nice place to stay in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Every person that works at the front desk here is helpful and friendly. I like the Fairfield. It always has big TVs, microwaves, and refrigerators. Very spacious rooms, and extremely comfortable beds

The staff has been just so amazing during my stay. From directions, to services like shuttles to where I need to go, they are also very nice and informative with the surrounding areas.
Rooms are fine and bed is nice. Breakfast is also nice in the sense of variety.
I highly recommend staying here.
Nite there is no elevator but only a 2 story building so not too terrible.

The customer service and the staff were awesome! Definitely in the top five of all the hotels and resorts that I have stayed at regarding the friendliness and how they treated me during my stay. I travel a lot for work and they made sure that I was comfortable and felt at home.

After a brief conversation with the front desk staff (maybe a manager), I was surprised by a nice note and some maps for nearby stuff to do. I greatly appreciated that nice touch.

It was also great that they have a partnership with the nearby gym so I didn't have to miss my workouts.

This Fairfield Inn is adjacent to a Springhill Suites, also by Marriott. It's easy to confuse the two, so we were a tiny bit surprised to be in an older building without an elevator. Happily, there are only two floors in this facility and the stairs are centrally located near ample parking. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. The rooms are a little dated, but very comfortable and very clean. There is no smoke smell lingering from a previous era. Lots of good shopping and eateries nearby, though the layout of the roads in that area is quite confusing at night. I recommend taking a good look at a map before heading out from the hotel to eat or shop. We ended up driving in quite a circuitous route to the restaurant we chose. No big deal, but phone maps weren't as helpful as you might otherwise expect. Plan ahead.

The lobby and rooms look very nice and clean. The outside is a bit of a turn off, considering it's directly next to a newer taller hotel. Location is great, as it's right next to highway and lots of restaurants nearby (walking distance). Amazing view of mountains right as you walk outside the hotel.

Loved the front desk crew at check-in and check-out! They were very kind and professional. The room was nice; some parts were renovated as the carpet was brand new. It's a typical Fairfield as that is Marriott's low budget hotel. The best part was the location! It was within walking distance to a ton of stores and restaurants. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would return!

Know what to expect and you'll be pleased with your stay here. It's no JW, but the room was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the price was very cheap. Good for a long term stay. Note that there is no elevator here, just wide stairs. The TV's have been upgraded to 49-inch(?) flat screens, which is a nice touch.

This is a great hotel that seems to have been recently remodeled. From the floor plan I would say this was probably a travel lodge originally, or something like that. The outside doesn't look like your typical Fairfield and it looks like this is a dual brand property. The inside of the hotel is really nice and the rooms are well equipped. Also the hotel was very quiet despite being almost full. The breakfast was perfect for what we needed, I had my 2 kids with me and they had kid friendly food. The staff were also really friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I've stayed here twice with my family. They were accommodating of our children, getting us set up with a roll away bed for the 3 year old, and pack and play for our 4 month old, reducing the price of our stay by about $15 as opposed to getting two queens.

The pool was great, it's large and I think it's salt water, and it was a good temperature for splashing around in. When they ran out of towels but they had someone bring in more right away.

INTERNET/Smart TV, so you can watch YouTube and Netflix and a few other streaming services as opposed to cable.

Breakfast was good as well, a lot of options if you are trying to eat healthy or looking to fill up on waffles, sausage and omelets.

The staff was friendly, the person overseeing the breakfast was happy to be there, the maintenance guy was happy to drop off the towels to the pool, and the cleaning ladies even smiled at us while our son was screaming his head off in the hall.

There is no elevator, which is kind of odd, but whatever keeps the costs down I'm cool with.

We stayed here for about a week while visiting friends. Staff is very courteous. They kept our room clean and tidy on a daily basis. We never had to ask for anything. They were on top of it! Free breakfast included, with plenty of options. We stayed in a room next to the exit and it was never loud or disrupted our sleep. Good place to stay, for an affordable price, that doesn't cut corners.

This is my 4th visit to Draper Utah. The hotel is consistent with cleanliness, staff exceeding guests expectations, I always ask for a quiet room and they try their utmost to make sure I get that. Now it is not 100% quiet as it is located near the highway.

I love the pool as it is heated. The exercise room is small and I love using the treadmill. They have a basketful of individually wrapped hand/machine sanitizers.

The hotel is about 30’ from SLC Airport and conveniently located near shops and restaurant, within walking distance but the hotel offers a complimentary ride to nearby shops up to few miles I believe.

They will Not drive to or from the airport.

I love that it is near the highway and so close to the gorgeous “big Cottonwood Canyons” and the “Little Cottonwood Canyon”.

The price is quite reasonable for my visit in April.

I give it a thumbs up!👍🏻
