The Endive Eatery is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of Tri-Cities! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee and heavenly pastries filled the air, tempting my taste buds from the get-go. The staff here are not just friendly; they're like family, always going above and beyond to ensure every patron leaves with a smile. The attention to detail in every aspect, from the cozy ambiance to the stunning artwork adorning the walls, is truly commendable. The abundance of lush green plants only adds to the inviting atmosphere. But let's talk about the coffee – it's nothing short of extraordinary, a true caffeine connoisseur's paradise! Whether you're craving a quick caffeine fix or a leisurely brunch, The Endive Eatery has you covered. Trust me, this place is a must-visit for anyone in the area. I can't recommend it enough!

My bestie and I stopped in for Saturday breakfast and coffee. We loved all of the plants and cute decor. We really enjoyed eating in the quiet atrium area. We ordered the baked French toast - Almond Croissant Bread Pudding with Baked Peaches and Whipped Chantilly. Wow, it was delicious!! The coffee was very good, too. We’ll be back!!

First time eating at Endive and upon walking in the establishment was pleasantly surprised by the art and plants. I was a bit confused about the ordering process and how to get my own water as well as knowing if you self bus your dishes. None of this was explained to me. I did read a previous review with someone else also mentioning this and recommending some kind of sign that explains the process, especially if the employees are unavailable to explain it.

I ordered the Endive Brol with tofu and it was visually stunning as well as a large enough portion for leftovers. The variation of textures was nice with the soft noodles and crunchy veggies and peanuts. While the flavor was decent, I felt that they missed the mark on balancing the various flavors. The extra firm tofu was cut almost too thin as it became rubbery and fatigued my jaw to chew.

Still, 5 stars for this restaurant as I think it benefits our community by providing fresh, healthier options. Thank you for what you do. Check it out!

The Endive Eatery is the most versatile place in town! This restaurant is an expression of the owner, you can sense it through everything they curate. Familiar faces but never a complacent menu. With its seasonal menus, you’re in for a new experience each time. Regardless of the dish, the same robust home cooked style dish is served every time. The overall decor and feel of this place gives it a casual and comforting touch. It’s almost as if you’re visiting your friend that cooks really well! You’ll not only have a good meal, but a great coffee experience as well! In my time at different cafes across the country, no one has crafted a better espresso experience than the Endive! Impeccable espresso, a place to have good conversations, and amazing dishes, what more could you ask for? Whether it’s a business meeting, brunch with your friends/family, or just looking for a quick bite this is the place to go! There’s so much more to say about this place but why don’t you find out for yourself what makes this place great! Update 10/12: I had the ramen which was delicious! Texture was well balanced and the broth was robust!

Update 11/30: I had the seasonal special; the Carpe Diem with steak.

Let me just start off by saying, the steak was incredible! It was both perfectly cooked and seasoned well. The other textures and flavors of the salad complimented the protein really well. It was one of the best steak salads I’ve ever had.

Coffee and especially the food was fantastic. When we saw a previous review say it was the best in all of Washington we had to find out for ourselves. They were right! The vegan burrito was my favorite. My wife had tofu scramble and she said it was excellent. We were just passing thru on vacation and we will make sure to stop in again. Oh, and we stocked up for lunch to go. That was yummy too!

Really nice decorations and lighting, plenty of seating inside and out, great presentations in the display case, easy-to-navigate menu, pleasant staff, tons of beverage options, and definitely by far the best vegan breakfast burrito I have had anywhere on Earth. So glad I got to return.

First off, I like that they have water and bottles available for us to just grab and use at the table. It's good for them too nobody has to walk around on pour water. Very appreciative of that. We ordered something from the cold case to eat in the store and it took 30 minutes for us to get it. Just needed to be nuked. Finally had to go up and remind them. They weren't sure what we had ordered. Our payment option was handed to us, before we received our food or had any service whatsoever, with an 18% tip preloaded as an option. We didn't tip that percent but it's annoying that that's the suggested tip for doing nothing except for microwaving our food. The food was good but for the price and expectation constantly that we add 18% for zero service is making dining out a big drag.

Food was delicious! Really love the thought and effort put into the menu. Very original and well executed variations of staples and favorites.

Cozy and clean restaurant. I love restaurants that have art from locals on the wall as well. I always appreciat that.

Staff is super chill, fun, and polite.

My husband's only complaint is that he wished his was a sandwich instead of it being just on one slice of bread. It was too hard to eat that way.

The plant room was magical, the fluffiest apple pancake, and the most balanced coffee I've had by far. Vegan and vegetarian options, breakfast food all open-hours for breakfast lovers like me who happen to start the day later.

Absolutely loved this place, it reminded me of a restaurant that would be in a big city. I dug the vibe of the decor (art & plants, two of my favorite things) as well as the charm of the employees. Our meal was not only visually satisfying, but also delightful on the palate. My husband was enamored with the purple cauliflower (and the other veggies) which is not something I ever would have expected, but the taste was so sublime that it won him over to the wonders of perfectly cooked veg. I will 100% be back again!

** update 1/2023 I still love this place and the changing menus with all the new and interesting flavors I ordered Abualitas bebe, and oh man, not too sweet, absolutely perfect portion, and damn beautiful!! Pic included! I am going to regret promoting this super delish place... I mean the atmosphere alone is enough to make you love the place! Art hung all over the walls, 50s music blaring, walls (yes WALLS) of all different beer and wine, and super dope crew! Hands down, this is the BEST foodie place in the tricities. PROVE ME WRONG! Completely chefed menu with plating you can't believe is in front of you... you don't want to even touch the works of art. Flavors... ALL the flavors on one plate. Freaking amazing. For reference we ordered the Bakinbene and the Mushibene along with mango and cranberry mimosas...perfection.

I'm so upset that I have known about this place for months but waited so long to visit! I stopped in for lunch, and requested a surprise vegan option. What I got was not something I would have normally ordered, but it was amazing! A combination of flavors I did not recognize but also couldn't get enough of (the employee kindly explained the method he used to preserve the beets and what the dukkah seasoning was). I cannot wait to return and try more of what is on the menu. The service was not what I was expecting, there were only 2 people taking orders and preparing everything, but I was happy to be sort of left alone and enjoy an amazing meal at a very affordable price.

Great vibe and equally epic food! We stopped two days in a row for the colorful, crunchy, and sweet vegan burrito! So good!

The Hawaiian Poke bowl with tofu was also delicious with the macadamia nuts and pineapple.

Staff was kind and helpful as a well! This place is a gem!

Woooowww! Im visiting here for spring break and I found this cute restaurant that had some salt cured salmon on the menu. My Nana and her sister are straight outta Brooklyn so I forced them to come here for brunch.
I got the special with blue oyster mushrooms, and they got the salmon benedicts.

Holy moly! I dont know what they put in there but the sauce and potatoes ana were SOOO GOOD! I wish their website had more information as I would love to read more about this restaurant and what they are about. I saw some boxes that were noted 'sustainable' and they have vegan /dairy free and even a few keto options.
If it were for me living in California, I'd totally send them my resume to work here

Delicious coffee, fresh and creative breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and great beverage selection! I love the vegan options (pictured is the vegan breakfast burrito, latte, drangon fruit mimosa, Full Breakfast GF). Cozy atmosphere with reggae music playing. I can't wait to come back to try another dish!

Amazing food, quick service, and delightful atmosphere. We stopped in for a quick sit-down meal on our way from Hermiston to Seattle, and the staff was able to whip up two full delicious breakfasts in 15min flat (breakfast burrito, the Beneslammin without hollandaise, and a side of awesome tandoori chickpeas). Thank you for filling our bellies, delighting our tastebuds, and getting us back on the road!

Came for early brunch and didnt have a wait at all. Had the luau pork bun and benecrabby. Good portions, wonderful service. Liked the Benecrabby a bit more than the pork bun. There was also a good assortment of to-go sandwiches and salads at the front. Good vegetarian options. Would definitely go back!

This is a very unique eating establishment and I Loved it! Local art accentuates the walls (the art is for sale too), the welcoming and attentive staff coupled with the Amazing coffee and Dutch Baby Breakfast makes this a Must Visit place :)

What a cool place! Great ambience and fun menu with lots of great flavors. When we arrived the chef took out the most delicious looking quiches straight from the oven. My husband and I shared the Phuket poke that was delicious and not too heavy. They even carry Badger Mtn tea and my husband loves their oolong. Lots of choices with alcoholic drinks too which we didn’t try. Will def be coming back to try everything on their menu.
