Hampton Inn Richland/Tri-Cities

My folks stayed here when they visited me. Apparently the continental breakfast was lackluster, but everything else was good. I was in there to help them with their luggage, and I really liked the room (had a balcony facing the river). Lobby area also has super comfy big leather couches, coffee available all day, and it looked like it had decent amenities if you are traveling on business, and need an area to work.

I recently hosted a team meeting at the Richland Hampton inn. As the meeting planner and event organizer I had a great experience working with the hotel staff to create and manage my room block. Very prompt communication through email made adjusting reservations for my guest quick and easy. Rooms were nice and the property is in a location thats easy to access and relatively close to nice restaurants for dinner. Overall a positive experience and would book an event here again.

Awesome hotel very friendly people clean rooms and a relaxing atmosphere with a full range breakfast bar it doesn't get much better :)

I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at this hotel and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Every morning, we were treated to a breakfast spread that can only be described as spectacular. I was genuinely impressed with every aspect of my stay. The hotel’s commitment to providing an outstanding experience is clearly reflected in their impeccable service, luxurious accommodation, stunning views, and gourmet dining. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay and eagerly anticipate my return. Five stars, without a doubt!

Lovely location, right on the river. Get yourself a room with a balcony, it's worth it! Room was clean and spacious. Pool area was unique with solarium style windows. Breakfast buffet was tasty. Really, you can't beat the location and view!

Beautiful hotel with spectacular views, extraordinary service, and an easy to get to location. We've used this hotel for meetings/events numerous times over the last couple years and have always been delighted by our experience with them.

Great location and loved the afternoon shaded balcony off our room. The patio was wonderful with plants and trees to keep the temperature comfortable when it starts to get toasty, and right next to the paved trail that goes along the river for miles. Both times I stayed here we walked 1.3 miles along that trail to the marina where there are some great restaurants. Excellent value for the price!

This hotel is nice, situated on the Columbia river. Walk right out the back door to a beautiful park setting overlooking the river. Just stunning. Parking was easy and I enjoyed the indoor pool each night. A very special mention to front desk help, "Melody". She helped me pick out a gift wine and found gift wrap in the back for me. She was a true concierge in spirit, was professional and was super resourceful in helping solve a problem. Thanks again Melody!

I would totally recommend staying here. It’s right on the Columbia river. The customer service is great.
It was my first time staying here “ in Richland, Wa but I can say this all in a few words. I would definitely recommend this place to stay its right next to the Columbia river and the customer service is amazing. I felt welcome and if that really cozy and relaxing, I couldn’t ask for any other place to stay at.

Very clean hotel and room for a pet-friendly establishment. No indication of prior guests in our room so, cleanliness is a priority. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Pool area is well kept & maintined. Good continental breakfast (various choices). Close to many activities including a large park & walking trail along the river. Awesome view of the Columbia River right outside our window. Didn't really want to share a great review with everyone so that we can always come back to the 'best kept secret' in the Tri-Cities. Ha! 😁

Beautiful property right on the river and the greenbelt with a nice park next door. Friendly staff and modern rooms. This is the nicest hotel in the Tri-cities area. You won’t be disappointed.

This was a wonderful hotel! My two small daughters and I stayed here for four days while we visited my Grandpa. The breakfast was always delicious, the hotel staff was so kind, and the location is amazing. Right on the river with a nice, close walk to the big park. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and very well maintained, and the rooms were very comfy. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in town.

We just stayed one night in a suite but were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, check in super efficient. They had a large(by hotel standards) snack store, indoor pool area was large, good fitness room. Breakfast was included, plenty of options for different dietary needs and good coffee. Located on the river is also nice. I would choose to stay here again should we find ourselves in the tri-cities again.

This is a great hotel! We stayed here for a Softball tournament and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff was top notch from the front desk personnel to the cleaners, everyone was wonderful. The rooms are clean and well kept. The patio is comfortable and has beautiful views.

Great space. We had a King Suite room and appreciated the door between the bedroom and the rest of the space. Wish it had been cool enough to enjoy the fireplace. The laundry room was handy and easy to use. The indoor pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. We were with a large group who gathered in the large lobby for games in the evenings - great space! We also rented a conference room for a day for our group and the staff made that easy.
We would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully set right on the river. The hotel was full and I still never heard anything from other rooms. Breakfast was good. Everything you need and close to many activities. Great Staff..

I don’t usually rate hotels, but the staff here are absolutely exceptional. You’re made to feel welcome and appreciated in every interaction, and the rest is par for the course.

This really is a good example of how good staff can take a normal place and make it great.

Everything else was above average - cleanliness, facilities, location, breakfasts, and fitness centre.

This is a great Hampton Inn. They let me check in very early. I was able to put some leftovers in my fridge and go out to enjoy the Columbia River. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly. The breakfast offering was fresh and hot, I enjoyed the selection. The attendant there was especially courteous, as was the receptionist that I checked out with, so sorry I didn’t get either of their names to give them a ‘shout out’. (Morning of 14/8/2022)
