this is only one of my resources for the many projects i do, I like the wide variety and availability of the various things that make up the completion of so many types of projects, I find myself here on a regular basis. And it’s cool that not all Home Depot’s are exactly the same, some have different stuff too.

The Home Depot store in Richland, WA has the best employees! They are always very helpful and accommodating. I had absolutely no problems associated with the few times that I needed to return an item. I want to congratulate the management at this store location for hiring such helpful an courteous employees!

Need reflective material for large RV window and they had several options in weight and roll size. Saved a ton of money compared to buying custom prefab covers. And, my dog did not have to sit out in the car. Win-win.

Very efficient in handling the return of a large item I received by house delivery. It was so easy and fast.

As always. Home Depot have what you need to do a Job and have materials for what ever you want to construct or build.

We live you Home Depot! In Richland, WA. Very impressed with integrity of the staff at this store. It was almost closed my father left his merchandise in the parking lot and thankfully it was brought indoors at closing. But the best part is that when we returned there after hours, through some communication through glass doors they found our stuff and gave it back to us,. Even after they were closed. That is outstanding customer service and i would give them 10 ⭐ if I could. Thank you Home Depot.

It was very late, you could tell the employees were so tired. I had questions & needed help. And the employees were just as great as if it was early in the day. They even helped take some of my items upfront so I could finish my late shopping, they kinda emptied my electric wheelchair! Thank you Home Depot!!!

Great service! Bought a storm door online, but found out it accidentally was the wrong one when we went to the store to pick it up. CS took care of us quickly and was able to process the exchange in just a minute or two. Also, one of the other employees helped steer us properly towards the aisle with the replacement item as well. Thank you!

It was to get wood to fix some flooring and a small gutter to stop the rain and white stuff from melting down door and soaking anyone walking out door. Lol

Nothing bad about it! Most home Depots are very sanitary and have good staff so I didn't expect any less. Good parking too! 🅿 Very nice place, and good service. 🟠

I love going to home Depot for the great choices, but especially there helpful employees. An employee named Enrique was that star today. No matter the amount of times it took to find what we needed ,he just kept trying to help until we found what we were looking for. That's definitely above and beyond. Unlike when you go to Walmart and the employees hate helping. Home Depot is always a great place to find any house tool or equipment. But also happy to be there due to how nice and helpful employees always are. Thanks Enrique!

Ron and Randy in tool rentals are some of the most friendly and helpful people I have come across at Home Depot or competitors. They are knowledgeable about the equipment and a pleasure to work with.

Lane works the floor and no matter how busy the store is he gives good directions on where I can find stuff. I am always bumping into him multiple times over the week. Everything he is extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks Lane 😀! Skyler was also a big help the other day when he patiently cut wood trim for me with odd sizes. I'm a mom of a little hyper toddler and he was super friendly, helpful and efficient. Thanks Skyler!

An associate went above and beyond today. Went in for a few larger batteries for a late birthday present for my pops and the lady helping me made sure I was taken care of. She told me about sales/tool add one’s but what really was cool is that she made it a point to tell us about the workshop going on August 1st and even gave the kid a workshop kit that he’s currently doing in the garage. Thank you!

Went to replace some paint and pick up a few gallons for my rental property. Staff was super friendly, multiple greeted me, and they gave great paint advice. I'll definitely be back, not only because I love home Depot, but because the staff is so kind at this location.

Home Depot is great for all construction and gardening needs. They pretty much have anything that you need to work around your house.
