SpringHill Suites by Marriott Kennewick Tri-Cities

Very clean hotel in a trendy design But, the a/c in the room with two beds blew the cold air directly across the bed. So, I was cold while sleeping and haven't experienced this at other hotels. Also I did not care for the tiny alarm clock as the instructions were very hard to read. I just used my cell phone alarm.

I went on a business trip and had done 0 prior research.
The staff were extremely friendly from the start (think Chick-fil-A genuinely friendly type).

The room was very spacious and clean. I had meant to leave my "do not disturb" sign on during the whole trip but missed a day and came back to a spotless room.

Breakfast rotated and always left me satisfied.

Only thing I personally did not like was the bed. It was a quality bed, however it was too firm for me personally. Comfortable short term, but I would wake up with a back ache. I am sure it didn't help I had sit down meetings all day and use a foam mattress topper on my bed at home.

So won't knock off a star for a personal preference. I would stay at the hotel again in a heartbeat.

Rooms are a very nice large size. Especially the walk in closet! Wonderful serive tonight at the front desk. Thank you! Will stay here again.

Although the expierence I had at this location did not start out the way I expected, the hotel manager did an incredible job restoring my confidence in Marriott. I will be staying at the SpringHill Suites Kennewick often and appreciate the way the situation was handled.

I've been to many hotels, this is on my top 5... super nice, staff super friendly, but the toliet paper is worse than a rest stop.
Need not so rough toliet paper.

The location of this place is away from everything and I love it. Very clean place, friendly staff, and excellent service. This place also has a bar in it and room service! And for a great price all around one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! 5 stars.

Not far from the airport, this is a great location both for business and pleasure. Their food is good though still not doing room-service as of this review. Rooms are trendy and well-upkept. The pool is smallish but the nice size of the hot tub makes up for it. Gym seemed very adequate as well.
Breakfast was good, not incredibly spectacular but had enough options that no one would go hungry.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were beautiful... clean and well maintained. Shower pressure was a little low and doors need to be adjusted to keep them from slamming. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options... Fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, bacon or sausage and coffee. Indoor pool with hot tub was enjoyable. Plenty of parking and convenient location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Spacious rooms sleeps a family of 5 very comfortably! The bathroom was great, shower with a door so no problems with water on the floor like other hotels with those flimsy curtains. Full size hair dryer provided. Breakfast was good and staff was amazing! The pool was not as large as it looked in the pictures but it was very nice and clean. We originally were only going to stay one night but ended up extending one more night because the kids loved it so much!

Awesome place! Accommodated our request for a quiet room. Super supportive, friendly staff. Great room - vaulted ceilings and huge. Breakfast was very impressive - rotating from turkey sausage and cheese omelettes to bacon and scrambled eggs. Greek yogurt, fresh fruit. Cereal. Nice workout room with free weights all the way down to 5 lbs (most hotel gyms stop at 10 lbs - too heavy for some of my workouts).

Excellent stay we had. Our housekeeping maid named Lorena was the hardest and fastest we ever have seen. I worked in the hotel industry for over 30 plus years and never seen anyone as hard working as she. Thank you Lorena for this vacation experience

Really great hotel! Location was great, and staff was friendly and really cared about the property. The free breakfast had a lot of options and it was tasty! I will definitely stay here when I come back to the area!

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and amazing. The lobby and breakfast area was clean and well kept. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

This is a very new and modern hotel. Very friendly staff. I really liked the room layout with the sliding doors on the bathroom. It is very quiet and clean. It's obviously geared toward business people but has great weekend rates if your needing vacation. It would be a good place to stay if you were attending anything at the Toyota Center or the Convention Center.

Excellent hotel! The staff is great, particularly Lucy (the manager). She was a delight. We needed accomodation and she was incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was warm which was perfect for my son who doesn't like cold pools. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very spacious and the big bed is in a separate room from the smaller beds. The bathroom alone could be considered gigantic compared to others. Even with 4 people in the room, it is very spacious and roomy. I also like how the pool and the fitness room are right by each other. The breakfasts served here are also very delicious and can be very nutritious. The only problem, or at least something interesting is that the room service comes before 8:30am, very early.

A little bit more expensive than comparable hotels in the area, but the staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, and you’re located in the center of town. Will definitely stay again in the future.

So glad I decided to get lodging in the same location as the convention center. So convenient, the rooms were beautiful, the staff was absolutely terrific. I think my group put more miles on the bartender then she's probably had in her whole life but she was a good sport and very accommodating.
