Sheraton Bellevue Hotel

Room was great: bed linen, heating. I personally liked the food choices for both breakfast and dinner. Cannot comment about lunch offers as I was in the office area. Enjoyed the laundry and shuttle services and the friendly staff. Will definitely go back as it is walking distance from my company's headquarters. Thank you Sheraton for making my stay pleasant!

I attended a social event at the Sheraton Bellevue Hotel this weekend and I had a good time. Parking was plentiful and free. The event room we got was easily accessible from the reception area. The room setup was simple yet stylish. Our event was quite loud with drumming and dancing, but was well contained in the area we were. The food was GOOD and my favorite was the spicy Chicken!

I used the bathroom close by a couple of times, and each time it was spiffy clean with no odours. The staff waiting on us were smart and very professional. I highly recommend this venue for social events and conferences.

The pillows are awesome. Hotel is nice and clean. TV's are good size. Its an 8 minute walk to the Meydenbauer Center. I especially appreciated the very prompt, free, shuttle service Eduardo provided when I discovered it was raining fairly hard after my conference was over. Very polite and good conversation.

Nice hotel in convenient location! The rooms are well furnished with a large, newer TV and a big work desk. The beds and pillows are very comfortable! The Club Lounge is nice and while it doesn't have a massive selection it does offer free breakfast and afternoon hors d'oeuvres which I think is great. The staff here are all friendly and welcoming!

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff here is Fabulous! They are so dedicated, warm and welcoming. Ms. Sameeta Rajkarnikar greeted us at the front desk and made our stay so comfortable. The hotel is immaculate modern and new. My room was spacious, with new carpeting and a comfortable bed. Paid a small fee for the club lounge which includes breakfast and early evening snacks. Well worth it! Food was delicious. Nice size Gym also. Love that they provide chilled towels, (as well as room temperature towels) fuit and water cooler. Very detail oriented, which I love. Will definitely be coming back😊

The check in process was simple easy, there were multiple staff present at 11pm. Inside the rooms there were plenty of plugs and the alarm clock as well as the TV worked great. There aren't any trains nearby or outside noise at all so sleeping is easy.

Love this hotel! These beds are like sleeping in Heaven!!! It's so hard to get out of bed in the morning, yes, it's that nice!!! While in your room it is so quiet it's like you're at some resort out in the wilderness. You are right downtown Bellevue , close to everything, including the mall. They have two restaurants on the property, the Bellevue Grille and Aztecs Restaurant.

I am so impressed with this hotel. It is clean, updated, and the location is awesome. The service is, also, the BEST I've experienced. HUGE shout out to Nancy at the front desk. She helped make our anniversary a very special one. <3

I frequently travel to Bellevue for work and have stayed at many of the hotels in the area. The Sheraton Bellevue is my new favorite hotel when I'm in town. I stayed there in September for a few nights and had a great stay. The hotel is very clean and updated and the staff were all very friendly, greeting me whenever I walked through the lobby. The location is excellent in relation to downtown Bellevue, I was able to walk everywhere. There are tons of great restaurants in walking distance.

Unfortunately I forgot to clear out one drawer when I checked out and left a couple pairs of nice shorts in my room. When I realized this a week later, I called the hotel and found they were in the lost and found, and that I would need to be connected with the housekeeping director to arrange the shorts to be sent back to me. I did not hear back from her and called a few weeks later to follow up. I spoke to Heidi and the front desk to explain my situation and that I had not received a call back. She was very helpful and offered to ship the shorts back to me free of charge via FedEx! That is GREAT customer service and really impressed me. Initially I was frustrated about the lack of response to my messages, but Heidi definitely made up for it with her kind gesture. I'll definitely be coming back to this hotel, and will make sure I don't forget anything next time.

**for you runners, there is a great trail to run nearby. standing in front of the hotel, make a left on 112th street and run along the sidewalk for about 1 mile. On your left will be Mercer Slough Natural Area. It is tricky to find the entrance, so Google it beforehand for specifics.

Loving it: European coffee machine in club lounge, 24/7 open gym, better breakfast compared to other similar class hotel (I have visited this area), hot tub in room, AC can be turned off so it actually remains quiet, plenty of parking spaces, fast access to highway...

Excellent service, fantastic staff. When checking in they weren't able to provide the single king I paid for, so so I got a double and complimentary breakfast and appetizers for my entire four days stay. And the food is excellent, and not just cuz it's free 😋.

Wow! We were upgraded on one of our rooms, because the bed frame was broken (already broken upon checkin). Club Lounge was well-stocked with snacks, lots of cheeses and meats, coffee and drinks. My kids watched an NBA game on TV while we sat at a table. Very clean and inviting. The bar & grill was also very inviting, which I patronized for alcoholic beverages and a delicious caesar salad.

This building is connected via an overhang to Sheraton but is a separate building from the Sheraton. I had the eggs benedict and breakfast potatoes which was really good (would have been even better with some Cayenne Pepper). I don't eat out for breakfast very much so I don't know how to compare the prices with other places (seemed a little high). The server was very attentive but not in your business all the time. The chocolate dessert was absolutely phenomenal. Probably why I rated it a 5 star.

I didn't stay here but was facilitating a full day training. The staff was incredibly prepared, accommodating and kind. The conference space was nice, clean and set up exactly as requested.

Loved staying there. Thought tad pricey . Rooms nice and clean, staff very helpful and the best part a shuttle that would take you wherever you wanted to go and pick you up. I'm sure there are limits .

The room was nice and tidy. Had a good time pre gaming for my friend's birthday get together. My only complaint was the AC was not very strong had trouble keeping the room cool.

Very friendly staff. Had been wine tasting and wanted to pop open a bottle I bought, but lacked a corkscrew. After a quick call and a friendly bar tender at the restaurant, I was able to enjoy my bottle in my room.

Beautiful renovated Hotel! Rooms are very modern and have all of the modern conveniences. Was very clean and overall a great value. Starwood club members get to enjoy appetizers and breakfast on the 7th floor!

I wasn’t excited about this hotel being next to the highway but I couldn’t hear a thing outside.
The bathroom was good size and was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent and service was even better!

I come to Bellevue several times a year on business, and while I don't always stay at this Sheraton, I always feel well taken care of there. The rooms are well appointed and the beds comfortable, and there are several good donong options within a very short walk out the hotel's front door. This is a great place to stay while visiting companies in downtown Bellevue.
