We came here twice for Passport photos. Both the times, we got our photos in just five minutes. Just 5 minutes.

They are not as bad an every bad reviewer is saying. They use to have staffing issues, they use to not answer the phone if only 1 person was doing the job of 5, but they’ve taken a turn for the better. 2 years I’ve had all my prescriptions filled and had no problems calling to get ahold of a pharmacist. I’ve been a regular for 3 years now, through the thick and thin. Don’t rate them off 1 experience give them a chance to fix the problems.

Wow, this CVS has a little bit of everything, even liquor/champagne. :-) I was looking for a particular variety of Coricidin HBP cold medicine, and they didn't have the specific one I wanted but they did have two other variations so I'll give them a break. It's right in Old Bellevue and has a drive-up window. Nice.

This pharmacy gets my meds ready so much more quickly than other pharmacies and I almost never have to wait in a long line.

Edit: I've gotten several prescriptions filled since the original Covid Shot issue and never had a problem at this location. Thanks so much for your help y'all! <3

Had a covid shot scheduled - there was one pharmacist working their butt off trying to get through the line of 15 folks. There was a sign stating “no shots today, sorry :(“ Ultimately I left without getting a vaccination.

Posting this review to encourage the store to hire more pharmacists for this location.

I always had a very great experience in this store. John has always been very helpful and patient, even when he had to ring the same product multiple times because of different coupons and all. He also helped me to fully utilize my care pass coupons.

Also, similar experience with Sean in pharmacy, very helpful.

Yes, this pharmacy is extremely short staffed, just like other places in this area. I have transferred out my prescriptions.

Five star is for the pharmacist and assistants. I’m grateful and have great respect for them. And if you are lucky, they give covid vaccine to walk-ins.

This used to be my favorite pharmacy, the best of my neighborhood. I hope they can get over it soon.

Word of advice: Come off peak to get refills. Don’t even try to call, they won’t answer. Don’t schedule vaccine appointment, just walk in.

John was a kind soul willing to help me when it was very busy in the store with very little staff. The other person was working I think her name was Michala she was very responsive when I needed help obtaining an item that was behind a lock and willing to answer my questions.

Whoever is tired of the idle time demanded by that “one line” CVS, go here.
Got my vaccination done here, fast and no waiting time required in Saturday afternoon.

When she heard my trouble, she kindly take her time out to solve my problem. And she really did me a big favor and change my impression for this CVS ( firstly I just got so disappointed when I was rejected by another employee)

I was there to pick up an urgent prescription for a family member today and the pharmacist helped me with pick up. She was nice and patient though they were SHORT STAFFED! and so overwhelmed! Everyone seemed to be working hard to serve the long line of people waiting there! I really want to say thank you for all the hard work you guys are doing! Saving lives there one patient at a time. Keep up the great work :)

I love CVS. I will only purchase some things from CVS because they are the best quality - meaning their house branded products. I will literally drive from my home in Columbia City all the way over to this CVS in Bellevue just for their products. I don't care about the 20 minute drive. I buy their branded health and beauty products and they are the best. This location has a great selection of cosmetics, nail products and snacks too. I wish it was right by me but doesn't matter - I will drive over every time.

I went to over 10 pharmacies looking for specific items. The two staff staff at this specific pharmacy were the kindest and most helpful people I encountered. I called on Monday and Barb cheerfully answered the phone. I came in on Wednesday and picked up my item, got to thank Barb in person. BARB DESERVES A RAISE! THANK YOU!

I love this store, the pharmacy is awesome. They are super friendly, quick and they text you when your prescription is ready. They have great prices especially on their makeup and they give you a ton of coupons. Way better than Bartells and Rite Aid.

Have only filled here a couple times but the staff is super friendly and quick. You'll also get a text message notifying you that your order is ready so there aren't any guessing games. They were also cheaper than Rite-Aid for a couple of my prescriptions.

Wonderful pharmacy staff- the pharmacist manager, Matt, goes out of his way to make sure all your questions are answered- he is very knowledgeable! Even during the busiest hours he was very patient and helpful. I drive out of my way to go to this pharmacy!

I had my vaccine shot here. Folks in pharmacy were very helpful and allowed us to take shot without pre-registration

Love this place! Spacious and clean. All the employees are nice, but Lucian in the pharmacy is especially awesome! They transferred my prescription over from Texas with no problems.

Really impressed by Pharmacy manager. He greets by name and delivers Nordstrom-like customer service. Best CVS in the nation as far as I'm concerned.

these are nicest and most competent pharmacists. highly recommend this location.
