I was very impressed with Tim, and even though I was in Pittsburgh and he was in Delaware I changed from my local CPA to Tim's firm. It was one of the best business decisions that I have ever made. Called on a Thursday to request a meeting, was told an Eric would call me. Called back on Friday and was told a Tom would call me. It's been a week and no one has returned my calls; guess my business isn't worth it to them.
