He gave us time to check everything out, did not rush us, and broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand. Truly a wonderful employee and great person to work with

Worked with me in every way regarding flexibility, my needs, no hard selling, but not passive either (which often results in a poor decision if there is no guidance based on proper needs analysis). James did a phenomenal job of making me feel like we not only made a good decision on our mattresses and frames, but that we also got a great deal and peace of mind. I was appreciative of the experience and assistance as this region can sometimes lack that overall feeling of a welcoming atmosphere. Brendan is an excellent salesperson! We had gone in to look at some mattresses earlier in the week, but we hadn't done a lot of research. Brendan was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They didn't push to make a sale and was extremely clear about the refund policy, and was an absolute pleasure to chat with. The showroom was very clean and obviously well taken care of and the mattress quality at this location is off the charts.

Brendan was absolutely fantastic. I wanted a model that I’d had in the past and he quickly helped me identify which one it was, informed me that it was being phased out, but took the time to contact other stores nearby so I could go pick one up. I had quite a few questions about box springs, bed frames, etc. as I wasn’t sure which route I wanted to take. He took the time to explain to me the importance of having some sort of frame while still understanding my end goal. Making a larger purchase like a mattress can be a bit of a nerve racking thing, especially if you feel a bit clueless in the area, but Brendan was incredibly kind, understanding, and genuine. Buying this mattress was such a simple experience and I will definitely be coming back to this store in the future when I choose to upgrade or purchase anything else sleep related.
