The dentist and assistant were very friendly and made me feel at ease, making sure that I was as comfortable and pain free as possible during the procedure . I was very confident that The procedure was going to be successful and after the procedure I looked in the mirror and my tooth looked amazing. A great job well done. Thank you so much for taking care of me. And the ladies at the front were also very friendly and helpful. I’m looking forward to my next visit, which will probably be my six month two teeth cleaning.

I get so much anxiety going to the dentist but I was made to feel so welcome and relaxed here. Easily the best dental experience I’ve ever had. They have an intake form and one of the questions asks what they can do to make you feel more comfortable, and they actually read it. I’m so glad to have found a compassionate and kind dentist!

I love CH Smiles and Renee is so great with scraping my teeth! I feel as though everybody really cares about my teeth and keeping them in my mouth! We've been with the practice for at least 7 years now and the excellent level of care and professionalism has not changed. My son and I just had our cleaning today. The staff is wonderful and it's like we continue our conversation from 6 month ago without missing a beat. It's always clean.

The Hygienist i saw was extremely nice and very attentive. She explained everything to me and did a great job the entire visit. Dr Lanzilotti was very nice and explained the treatments i needed for my teeth. The entire office as a whole is extremely nice and i will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Dr and Staff are amazing, comforting and professional! As a young woman we want to be confident and our smile is the first thing people notice! Because of this team I can smile again!

I've been going to Chestnut Hill Smiles for over 5 years now, and I would recommend this dentist practice to anyone! They have flexible hours on Wednesdays, which is helpful for my work schedule. They are on time with appointments and always send text/calls as a reminder for upcoming appointments. Highly recommend!

Went to Chestnut Hill Smiles for the first time after not going to a dentist in probably over 10 years. It was easy to set up an appointment and fill out my new patient forms online. The staff was super friendly, especially Grace, who was great about explaining the steps of my appointment and making me comfortable. Would highly recommend coming here!

I have been going to this Dental Office for quite some time and this place is simply excellent in all aspect. Easy to schedule and change appointments, office is very clean, is located at very convenient place with enough number of parking spaces. Office staff , Doctor, hygienist and front desk is simply awesome. They don't perform any procedure which is unnecessary.

Very clean facility. My cleaning took place at the time of my appt. Dental hygienist reviewed past records and did my cleaning. Upon completion scheduled my next appointment. Doctor came in the review. Very happy going here for my dental needs.

I love Chrstnut Hill Smiles. They are super nice, not pushy about selling products/whitening, and they've never given me any lectures/problems about my tounge ring that I've had for over 10yrs. I'm willing to remove it when necessary, but I'm not interested in conversations about removing it permanently and I appreciate Chestnut Hill Smiles don't press the issue, unlike my last dentist. Highly recommend. :)

I switched dentists because I was looking for one with COVID precautions, and CHS did not disappoint. My hygienist and dentist wore N95s and there was a Levoit HEPA filter running from before I set foot in the room (which was small and had full walls separating it from other patients, save the open doorframes into the hall). Scheduling was also flexible with getting me the first appointment of the day. I do recommend specifying that you want COVID precautions when you schedule your appointment, as I'm not sure what "standard" precautions look like for them, since I did see staffers / reception in surgicals or no mask. That said, I appreciate the willingness of the team directly working with you to make the requested accommodations.

I also felt Grace, my hygienist, did a great job. She was gentle but thorough, explained what she was doing before she did it, and did not mind answering my questions. She also didn't ask a bunch of questions while I was lying there with my mouth open, which was nice - I don't like trying to answer when someone's fingers are in my mouth 😅

Last but not least, the water jet didn't spray all over, as they have a tendency to do, and the polishing compound they brush onto your teeth tasted like Thin Mints - minor things, but positives nonetheless.

Great dentist with hygienists who take care of their patients without being overly aggressive. Highly recommend. Have had a few cavities filled too and they are very thorough.

They always do a great job at CHSmiles but to day they went above and beyond. I forgot my appointment so they called me and since I was near by they waited for me a few minutes and took me anyway. I’m very thankful that they had patience with me and did it with a smile. You all are great. Thank you!!!

Best dentist I’ve been to! I was suffering with a lot of health issues that impacted my gums and teeth and thru going here during treatment I still have every single pearly white. My smile looks as healthy as ever :)
