Redmond Werkshop

I was thankful when a friend recommended Redmond Werkshop for my Volvo. I was tired of paying the overly inflated prices at the Volvo dealer now that my Volvo is 6 yrs old. It's nice to have a local shop servicing the car at a very fair price. The 68K check up was done in a timely manner and priced very reasonably! Will be back for future service!

The Redmond Werkshop was recommended to me by my next door neighbor, and from my first phone call to the time I picked up my Forester after the repairs were completed, everything was very positive. I dropped off my 2017 Forester on a Thursday morning with front suspension problems, and was able to pick up the car with all repairs completed by Thursday afternoon!! Cub was great to work with, and the price was very reasonable.

I'm a mechanic myself, but there are some things that my little cramped garage won't allow me to do, and I need to employ the services of a professional shop. In this case, it was a lower control arm and ball joint that needed to be replaced, and Cub, and his team treated me like family from beginning to end :) I can't say enough good things about Cub and his team!!

I highly recommend this business. I had a malfunctioning turn signal on my Acura. Even though they do not serve Acuras usually, they scheduled my visit for the next day. In less than 1 hour, they were able to diagnose the problem and replace multiple light bulbs. All at a very reasonable price. I will definitely come to them again if I have a problem.

This was my first experience with Redmond Werkshop. I have been looking for a good Audi service shop for the last 3 years who can take care of my car with good detail and will not cost a leg and an arm.

Well, Redmond Werkshop seems to be the perfect place. Not only did they take my car in the same day, their prices were much better than the other places I have worked with until now. They even checked my brakes and other things as part of the oil change.

This is my go to place for future services for my Audi!

Been taking my GTI to RWS for a few years now. I trust them way more than I do any dealership I've been to and Cub has saved my bacon on multiple occasions.

Great place to bring your German cars! My car is a diesel bug, it’s rare, I do not trust my car with just anyone. I always worried about other shops inexperience with diesel engines, a small mistake could cost thousand to repair. Their prices are fair and service is thorough, usually no surprises.

For the ladies: I have never had a problem with the shop trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge since I am a woman, I would still suggest having a dude call for you and come along. I have not seen a single woman there once

So very happy with Redmond Werkshop! I had a coolant leak on my Volvo XC90 and they got me in the next day. The cost was well within the average rates for the repair! I feel so grateful to have finally found a mechanic home I can trust! Great people that listen to you!

Discovered Redmond Werkshop recently. Made a purchase from Cub and immediately knew I would return for service on my multiple VW's.
Stopped in mid day without an appointment, Cub provided a reasonable quote on some exhaust work. Not only was he able to fit me in but, completed the job by day's end!
While working on the install, Cub called to recommend a revision to our original plan and provided an ETA.

I took my car to Redmond Werkshop after getting a quote from the dealership. Cub and the folks at Redmond Werkshop were able to get my car repaired in a day for half the price that the dealership was going to charge me for the same service. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I've worked in and around VW and Audi's all my life. Mostly to save money, but also because there haven't been many shops that I trust to be honest, fair, and reliable. Not the case with Redmond Werkshop. I trust Cub and his crew with all of my VW and Audi's to always go above and beyond.

Cub and crew took great care of my A5 as always. They provide superior service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this facility for any preventative or reactive repair.

I found this business to be professional, courteous, efficient and timely. Owner seemed to possess good knowledge about subaru. They quickly determined cause of noise I had heard and no pressure to schedule a repair appointment. The only thing that I would have liked to see and didn’t was mask on the person who waited on me.

EDIT: I returned there 2 years after writing this review and was impressed that they changed most of the things I had griped about (like not mentioning the extras before doing them). The work was as good and fast as ever.

A bit on the pricey side but do good work; more luxurious than economical. Tend to give your car an overall inspection after solving the main issue, things like replace bulbs, rotate tires, top off fluids, ect. Good service to have but adds a few extra bucks. Never felt like they were running a con. All repairs advised were needed, all work done was completed correctly. Always able to book an appointment with low wait times (a day or two, compared to some shops at a week+). Send out promotional discounts and service reminders via email. Friendly staff. Clean shop.

Above and beyond. They replaced the brakes on our Audi and the car drove much better afterwards. The oil they provided for our Audi is the best quality from Germany. We are able to see our entire service history with them, next service due and option to make appointments online. They email us the recommended services afterward and appointment reminders. But the most important benefit is the quality of service. Love it. Absolutely the best!

Called in and got a quote on the DSG Transmission service. Everything was as described over the phone. Scheduled an appointment and dropped off my car and was called whenever it was ready. They noticed the car was missing a few push tabs from when it was last serviced at the dealership and they replaced them for me!

Would definitely come back for my next service / repair.

Great experience with timing chain and PCV replacement on Audi Q5. Work was done quickly and for initially estimated cost (which was 1/3 of dealer's quote). Clean, professional shop - will use again.

Best Audi Repair on Eastside - Terrific service for my Audi S6 They have provided exceptional service and fair pricing on numerous occasions. Most recently, my car began leaking fluid during the snow storm. I took it to Redmond Werkshop and it ended up being very minor, not requiring a repair. But they went ahead and washed and vacuumed my car anyway. What a treat!

Heater
During the recent snow storms, my heater quit working in my car. Redmond Werkshop responded quickly to assist. The service was very efficient with same-day turn around time. Correspondence was professional and cordial. I enjoyed the fact that the whole experience was not a hassle and the price was far below that which the dealership was asking.
