Truly a historic one of a kind drive-in that is unbelievably cool and a definite "must experience" anytime that you are near Issaquah. In fact, it is worth making it a destination stop with car shows almost year around, the ultimate 1950s atmosphere. Food that will absolutely stuff you and is definitely excellent. And a root beer that is ranked as one of the top in the US served in huge frosted mugs.

Cash only! Pricey, but you get a lot of food. It's a fun place to eat. Its packed with memorabilia.

The root beer is really good and served in a frosted mug.

I got The Toolbox which is a huge mix of things, chicken wings, chicken strips, fried mushrooms, onion rings, homemade potato chips and different types of fries. It's $27 but its a ton of stuff.

Lots of free parking. Not a place for dogs.

Great , ridiculous burger. I don't remember the specific name, but it was the double bacon cheeseburger. Frankly it reminded me of the Wendy's commercials- open the top and the patty is dwarfed by the bun. Was a fantastic tasting burger, but they should just put it on a bun that fits. Good fries, perfect root beer float. I highly recommend this place.

What a surprise to find this restaurant in Issaquah on my way to North Bend! It's such a fun decorated place! Full of memoriberis of 59s to 70s. It's before my time, but it's a fun place to at least stop by if you are on I-90 passing Issaqua m, WA!

I love this place. True classic American drive in that is full of so much history and antiques. For two people it’s about 60$ which sounds expensive but you pay for huge amount, great quality and the experience it’s self in the environment

I love hamburgers, and had them throughout Europe and the US, but this place is the best, for size and atmosphere. The whole cafe is decorated in 1950's memorabilia, from floor to ceiling. Yes, juzboxes, a bubblegum machine, clocks, photographs of musicians, cars, plus hundreds more. The place is like a museum. The service was friendly. The food tasty. Yes, the french fries were homemade, and my burger was bigger than my face. The Rootbeer floats here are in a 12 inch mug! Warning, don't have breakfast before you come. This is like, one meal for the whole day. Seriously, and I can eat down a truck driver. I did, 🤣 but that is another story. Highly recommend. Burgers are around 18 dollars, mine was a double, and they all come with LOTS of homemade fries. Important, this cafe is cash only. Sorry, pictures were taken after I took a bite from my burger. Definitely returning and bringing friends. A+

A famous diner place that someone took me to. A lot of cool historic stuff in the restaurant and it seems like a lot of famous people have visited this place in past. Huge burgers that are probably like 5k calories and service is solid. You seat yourself and a waiter will come and help you out

It was my first time at this venue and I am so happy I checked it out. The ambiance was awesome with all the 50-60s memorabilia and artwork. They had massive portions and the service was super nice. I’d recommend going hungry and it’s worth checking out if your into car shows as well.

Triple xxx Rootbeer drive-in was great
My wife had the small cheese burger that was the size of her head and a tall mug of ice cold Rootbeer and I had a foot long chili dog and fries with a mug ice cold Rootbeer. My wife almost finished th cheese burger and I pretty much finished the chili dog. We will have to go back in a week and get a Rootbeer float.

First thing, share the burger. I can eat a lot and I could not finish the burger, (that is based on size, not taste). I almost ate the whole thing because of the taste. So, so good. My daughter and I both ordered the 'Low Rider' burger and a Root Beer, of course. I would probably eat here once a week if it was not over 1500 miles away. Next time I am in the area, this spot will be on my itinerary. Really cool, 50's style, diner. It is definitely worth going out of your way to eat here.

Wow... This place is more of a destination than an every week kind of place. My husband used to go here as a kid and has fond memories, so on a trip across the mountain, we decided to stop in for dinner. Not one of us finished our meal. As you will see in my photos, the burgers here are HUGE!!! And the fries and onion rings you get with them are plentiful. Our burgers averaged about $17 each (the fries came with it, but add ons like cheese were a bit extra and upgrading to onion rings was too). A couple of us had milkshakes (8.75 for a "regular" which was also huge) and they were AMAZING. My chocolate peanut butter shake could have been a meal in itself. It was also beautifully presented. The root beer floats were also good ($8.25ish for a small). The root beer there is so very good! And they serve it in frosty cold mugs. (My husband didn't check the menu, and our son just let us know that the large root beer my husband ordered cost $11!! 😳) Okay... I'm all over the place right now. So I'll boil it down. The food and the service (the people were some of the friendliest I've met at a fast food place in the recent past) both completely deserve 5 stars. The only thing we would warn you is that it adds up quickly, and truly we could have bought 2 burgers for the 4 of us and we would have all been very full. There might even have been leftovers. But I would definitely say that if you are up for an experience, this is your place. We will go back, but we will be a lot more cautious on how much we order.

First visit, fell in love immediately! It was like stepping back in time the moment your feet were in the parking lot walking into the building. There is so much charm with a great atmosphere that only comes from a business that has been around for many decades. Highly recommend going! Burgers are huge, I split mine with the boyfriend. And the root beer is a must-have too. :)

You don’t find another experience like this in the area. The portion sizes are HUGE so be prepared to share or split. Even the “regular” burgers are twice the size of a normal burger. The decor is so unique and the staff was friendly. Burgers were amazing!

The place is both an experience and good food. The portions as huge so be prepared to share or take some home. I notice the place is also fairly clean for having so much stuff on their walls, that is always good. We ordered a root beer and it was pretty good, it was a bit sweeter than normal store bought root beer. The burgers as you can see in my photos come with individual ketchup packages, but you ask staff for more or for ranch.

What a great experience and great food!

Those is an old fashioned roadside diner with excitedly made food. The burgers are well seasoned and appear to be handmade, the curly fries were crunchy and hot, the onion rings were so crispy and tasty, and the homemade root beer was to die for!

This place says their food is for making you full and happy, and sometimes you just gotta ignore your calorie counter. This was our only meal for the day, and I'm still full eight hours later.

Amazing place to go to. The service is friendly and quick, and the owners and staff are proud of their food and proud of their 83 years of serving great food to hungry people!

BRING CASH, they do not take cards and you will have to use the ATM they have inside. The vibe was amazing, I couldn’t stop staring at everything in side. The food was absolutely delicious and I was NOT expecting such a big burger for $13. Their burgers are HUGE. This is a must stop for anyone passing thru the area. Again, just make sure you take cash!
