Brown Floral is absolutely spectacular. Their arrangements are beautiful, the flowers always fresh. They are creative where I am not. They are always on time and always go the extra mile. I've been using them for years, and I'll never go anywhere else.

Brown Floral did an outstanding job with the florals for my recent September wedding. After an initial planning meeting, I went back and forth with Malia several times to make sure the colors and florals were just right. Malia went out of their way to make sure my design needs were met, were quick to respond to emails, and were able to work within my budget. I had a very specific vision for what I wanted for my florals, and I was blown away by the gorgeous bouquets, garland, and centerpieces that were delivered to the venue on my wedding day. Malia is truly an artist with an impeccable eye for design and color! I definitely recommend Brown Floral to anyone planning a wedding!

Ordered in the morning for same-day delivery. Easy website to order from, easy to find the information to ensure my time of day to order was going to fit in their specified timeframe for same-day delivery. The order was delivered timely and looked perfect, and I received an email confirmation indicating the order was delivered. It was the first time I've used them, and it was a perfect experience and I'll happily continue to order from them!

We hired brown floral for my daughter's wedding. We were extremely happy! All the flowers, and especially her bouquet ,were absolutely beautiful. They were able to work within our budget and everything was delivered on time and set up for us. I highly recommend them for a wedding or other event. And, I intend to use them as my "go-to" florist from now on!

Ordered the Designer’s Choice bouquet on 7/13/22 for my friend’s birthday on 7/14/22. The arrangement was BEAUTIFUL and quite large considering it’s the petite bouquet. It was delivered promptly, and my friend was elated. Will use Brown Floral again!

This place did an AMAZING job for my wedding. Out of all of the highly rated places in Utah, they were the ONLY ones to follow through and respond. The others I reached out to (The Art Floral and Native Flower Company) never responded after the first contact or even when I tried to follow up, despite that they initially seemed legitimate. Brown Floral responded immediately, kept in contact, and created unique and incredibly beautiful flower decor exceeding my expectations. It was more beautiful than I anticipated and I'm extremely impressed. I highly recommend them.

The flowers were BEAUTIFUL! I trust the quality of Brown Floral, but I've always had the benefit of seeing the flowers in person before gifting them. While I was slightly nervous to order flowers online, the arrangement exceeded my expectations! The arrangement delivered turned out more beautiful than the pictures online. AND the flowers were delivered on time on the day of the biggest snowstorm of the year! AMAZING!!

They did the florals for my wedding and they tuned out perfect! I wanted very specific colors and they were great to work with. They let me know my options and really took time to get my vision! Picking up was easy and everything turned out exactly like we had talked about and I had always pictured!

Brown Floral helped us with our unique vision of a casket spray for our dad. We were looking for something very non-traditional utilizing oranges, lemons and pomegranates and orange blossoms. Thank you, my wife’s had a hard couple of months and this was the pick me up she needed. I called 6 flower shops just to find sunflowers, the people here were very nice and even went above and beyond my expectations. I called last minute for the arrangement, and it was ready before I got there 15 minutes later. Friendly and fast service, and my wife was extremely happy with the surprise. Should have taken a picture of the arrangement but I just assumed they were going to put the flowers in the vase, instead they fully arranged them and added additional flora to fill the space. Thank you to the team! You made my wife’s day 😁

About six weeks ago ,while recovering from surgery, I received a large dark pink orchid. It is still beautiful At the same time I received a bouquet of cut flowers. They were very fresh and lasted several days I will definitely use Brown Floral in the future

Excellent customer service started before the flower delivery. I received a message that my card was un-signed. I was very impressed that y’all wanted to make sure every detail was correct. The flower delivery was right on time, even calling me to ensure they received the delivery. The arrangement was one of the best Valentines yet. My daughter really enjoyed the flowers. Good job to all involved! I’ll order again from the Holiday area store.

I cannot say enough good about Brown Floral, the quality of its product, and its outstanding staff. I don't know anything about flowers, but my wife had been hinting about something special for an anniversary, and so I went into Brown and clumsily tried to explain what I was looking for. The staff was courteous and helpful and took the order. When I went to pick up the bouquet, they had prepared a beautiful arrangement, but it wasn't quite what I had in mind. One of the employees must have noticed my facial expression, and she told me she didn't want me to leave until I was 100% satisfied. She asked me a few more questions, asked for a few more minutes, and promised me I'd be happy. I ran a quick errand and returned less than 15 minutes later, and they had modified the original arrangement (which was probably closer to what I'd actually described in the first place) and made it into a new bouquet that looked better than I even imagined. I was incredibly impressed with their superior customer service and the quality of the product they provided. I still don't know anything about flowers, but I know that the next time I need to get some, I'm going back to Brown Floral.

I ordered flowers for my grandfather's funeral (this was the first time I had ever ordered funeral sprays and arrangements). The people at Brown Floral were so kind and patient. They walked me through the process without making me feel pressured or rushed. The flowers arrived and were BEAUTIFUL!! They even took the time to make a second delivery the same morning.
