Had had some of the best customer service experience at this store with a store clerk named Z. She was always polite and helpful. I haven’t seen her there lately but if she is gone she needs to come back.

The best. The employees probably know more about me than my family does based on my predictable purchasing patterns.

They say bad gas travels fast in a small town. Thems got good gas, and whatnot. Kudos to any store that sells low-sodium sunflower seeds, ya heard? Dig it.

I have enjoyed the service at 7/11 for 20 years. Excellent. I miss the CINNAMON....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same old 7-11. Good but same.

Witnessed an unfortunate event there this evening. 2 people were outside waiting for an Uber and the store manager (Amanda) called the police on them FROM OFF SITE WATCHING THEM ON CAMERA. They were doing nothing wrong but maybe smoking a little too close to the entrance. Holladay is a predominantly caucasian neighborhood and the 2 waiting on their Uber were Black. To end racist interactions with law enforcement start by first ending reactionary calls to law enforcement that may or may not be racially driven. The cashier working was great though! The cashier was empathetic and deescalated the situation. Good job cashier!! Law enforcement (Unified Police) also did a good job collecting data and deescalating the situation. Owner/manager Amanda . . . do better.

This place is stupid because I was getting some candy and drinks for friends and they wouldn’t accept 7 eleven gift cards because the workers were new and didn’t know how to work the machine

They make you pay inside so you can't get your 7-11 rewards discount. Don't go here.
