We are very happy with our new kitchen cabinets and counters. We are satisfied with the quality, and were very pleased with the customer service and professionalism of the installers. Sue, our cabinet representative, was very thoughtful in providing us with design options and solutions to our kitchen challenges. She responded quickly to our questions and provided excellent customer service. She gave us premade cabinets, but also designed a custom island for us. We visited Krafters Land in Tukwila Washington, and found quality products in many colors to choose from. We would recommend Krafters Land Cabinets to anyone who is looking for an updated kitchen at a reasonable price.

Let me first off mention that I am not connected with this company in any form, this review is my own opinion and is based on my own experiences. I have literally visited a little over 20 different companies with the same metrics and cabinet layout design, they were all plywood shaker style with more drawers than doors for the bases and all soft closing. I had them assemble the cabinets, but I picked them up myself and installed them myself. The prices ranged from $3,900 to $15,000, very surprising. I am extremely satisfied with Krafter's Land cabinetry and chose to pull the trigger with them. Some things that I noticed when comparing all companies, for the most part the cabinet quality are the same, do not be fooled by the salesperson that their cabinets are better than their competitors and that is why they justify having a higher price. I will say however, that not all the cabinets are put together using the same fasteners. I saw that a lot of other companies use these cheaper plastic "L" brackets that do get the job done, but will probably fail in the long run. You can see them and what they use when looking at an example of a base cabinet put together in their displays. The more superior option is to use metal "L" brackets and Krafter's company uses them. Gina, the person who worked with me, was great in quickly creating a layout of my kitchen and what cabinets would fit and work. She was extremely patient with me, answering all of my questions and trying out different types of cabinet layouts just to eliminate any other possibilities. I had already created a layout with exact measurements myself, but it was great to know that if I did not, she would assist without an extra fee. By the way, one big difference between companies is that there are companies who will either charge you for a layout design or simply not print it out for you to use, it is a sales tactic to put pressure on you to not be able to shop around and they use it very successfully. One example, I went to Lowes, not knowing other better competitors out there and they were "not allowed" to give me a printed layout and they led me to believe that this is common practice with other cabinet companies. So if you go to a place that does this, go elsewhere, ask yourself why are they limiting my options, answer is they want to have control over you and do not want you to compare other places. Another big reason why I like this company is because this company put action into what they say before you buy. What happened is that Gina mentioned to me that if there was any damage to the cabinets that I did not create, they would either replace it or provide me a way to fix it for free. Many companies claim this, but you really never know unless it happens and you have already purchased from them, they can easily go back for whatever reason and not stand by their word. I can confidently say this company stands by their word! The other thing I liked about Gina is that I had a lot of questions and I would email her back and forth and she always replied very quickly, which made me feel comfortable and not ignored. You can choose if you want to assemble the cabinets yourself or for about $30 per cabinet, you can have them assemble it, which in my case was the easier option, especially assembling the pantry cabinet. This place is the best if you know what you are doing and looking for, they will provide you an efficient experience passing the savings on to you. I would recommend wearing something warm because the building is huge and there is a lot of air flow which makes it cold, other than that there are no negatives that I saw or experienced with this company especially compared to all the other ones I visited. I would recommend going to three different competitors and then coming here and you will see for yourself what I am saying and you will be able to save your money and put it back into other parts of your project! I love my cabinets!! Soft close drawers and doors, thick plywood for durability, beautiful color and finish, fully customized and assembled, all at a great price! Sue helped me with the design of my cabinets and I could not be more grateful! This is my dream kitchen!

I got several bids but Krafter's Land provided the best quality and value for cabinets and counter tops. Sue assisted me. I came with a layout and she was able to supply a cabinet for all of the spaces in the layout. The cabinets were picked up and easy for my contractor to assemble and install. I decided to purchase the counter top from them too but have them to install it. They had a lot to choose from. The installers cut the holes on site but kept the dust to a minimum and away from the house. The installers answered my questions and they were quick. The installation was perfect! I love this new kitchen. Thank you Sue for responding to all of my emails and helping this installation to be worry free. I recommend using Krafter's Land for you cabinetry needs.

I was dealing with Sue. She is remarkable and kind. She answered my questions and set up my kitchen. The installers and Mr Feng were awesome. They took pride in their work and dealt with me watching to learn. I highly recommend this company. The price and install was great. Had a great time watching them work. I am very pleased.

It was a smooth process starting at the showroom, to measurement at the house, to installation. The showroom has a large variety of cabinet types and sizes. No one can beat their prices and time frame. It took exactly one week from ordering to a finished kitchen. It’s high quality cabinets for a reasonable price. Definitely, recommend!
