I had a great experience here. I made a mistake on my reservation and hadn't reserved the right dates. I called the hotel and spoke with Rebecca. Thankfully, they had an opening and she was able to provide a room on my arrival date. She greeted me warmly on my arrival and helped with several needs while I was there.

Amazing stay - the front desk staff was so welcoming and the room was very clean. It was also quiet + wifi was very good - enjoyed my stay here. Lots of paths for walking nearby.

Had a one night stay and it was great! Rooms were clean and spacious. They have done a nice job taking care of the property. Their breakfast was amazing as always. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, bread, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, and juice. I love Fairfield for their reasonable prices, their rooms, and excellent breakfast. They are consistent with their quality and services at any location in the USA.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights about a month ago and loved it! The staff was so welcoming and even comped our parking, which we were not expecting at all! The hotel has a lovely homey feel to it and it's located just far enough outside the city that you feel like you can actually kick back and relax after spending a busy day out. It is also located next to a nice forested area which adds to the feeling of being secluded, even though it is only a short drive from the downtown area. We didn't partake in any of the onsite amenities, but everything we saw seemed great! We hope to come back!

Always a good experience staying here. Great staff and a great breakfast, although a bit more attention from the breakfast staff to coffee running out would be good... happened twice during my stay.

Excellent place to stay, short term or long. Excellent check in staff, very nice and large rooms and great free breakfast! Situated in a lovely area with trees around.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Also staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a false alarm fire alarm in the middle of the night but they were still friendly and helped calmed everyone down and keep the situation good. Overall very happy with my stay. Would recommend.

Absolutely loved this hotel! We we’re from out of state and it was so much cheaper to stay here than in Seattle. It’s only a 20 minute drive to Seattle. Staff was friendly, room was clean and updated. I would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Large area for working. Gym is reasonably well appointed. Breakfast was very good.

Charming hotel nestled amongst lush trees, aesthetic interiors in the common spaces and the rooms, clean linens, towels, great breakfast, impeccable service, most professional and courteous staff. Just love the experience that Marriott Group hotels offer. Strongly recommended.

I spent 5 nights here while visiting in Bellevue. The hotel is clean, well maintained, the staff is friendly and attentive.
I thought that the facility was kept up nicely. The surroundings are inviting and kind of woodsy. You won’t be disappointed staying here.
Unusually, there was an added fee for parking a car unlike most Fairfield Ins.
The breakfast bar was ok, standard high carb fare. The fruit chunks were a bit big and the sausages always look pale.
You now have the option to have your room tidy’d up on the 3rd day. It’s a nice refresh of the room.

This is a nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is big, i like not having to get into the tub or shower just to close the door, so this is not that way. The breakfast was great, one of the best i have had, there are so many choices, and plenty of seating. I am looking forward to tomorrow because i can eat more things i did not do today because i was full. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood so no noises at night. I would stay again.

So far so good. We reserved 2 rooms and upon checking in the AC unit did not blow air in 1 of our rooms and the front desk Mgr promptly swapped our room to another nearby room. He even offered to move both rooms so we could be next to each other. He was very, VERY courteous and accomodating.

I'm an easy customer. I honestly don't like to complain unless there is a glaring issue. I was more than happy with the resolution and for the above and beyond offer to move both of our rooms. Very thoughtful and I truly appreciate the level of customer service I have encountered at this location.

We come to Seattle every 3 weeks or so for my daughter's medical treatments at Seattle Children's and we will most definitely be staying here again and again.

I wish I had paid more attention so I could splash his name on here so everyone will know just how polite, helpful and wonderful the gentleman is. I'll try to amend that this evening when we get back from the hospital because he deserves some kudos!!

We were so happy with the location of this hotel. Very quiet place inside a small jungle. It was really beautiful which is not far away from Microsoft HQ. Free breakfast is included.

Relaxing, convenient, safe, and dare I say - luxurious...so many small attention-to-detail matters that clearly demonstrates the care taken by the hotel management.

A big factor in my decision - the friendly - and superior level of customer service provided by the front desk staff. A big thank you to Ben Gies (Operations Manager), and Katie Stordahl (Assistant General Manager) - for providing such an exceptional experience.

My extended stay was wonderful. Very clean, updated rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Good coffee, bagels and more available in AM. Dog friendly and super clean dog area-best i have seen in 2000+ miles of travel.

Comfortable, clean, fairly quiet rooms. Decent-okish breakfast. Decent evening snacks too. Friendly staff. Small but ok gym, usually empty mostly though. Never had any issues with the laundry too, didnt need to wait, there was always a machine available.

I have been booking a hotel for once a month for the past four months. Usually I look for the cheapest deals that offer the most. This is the best hotel I have stayed at so far and is well worth the price. I for sure will be making this place a regular hotel destination. The breakfast was a full buffet. They offered hard boiled eggs, egg omelettes sausage, fruit, juice, milk and yogurt ect. They also had a lot of vegetarian options. There was nothing negative about my experience. Hotel smelled really good and clean and there was snacks.

Service is great, very accommodating and courteous. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good with a decent amount of variety. Near to a highway to hop on and get to the city center within 25 min (or 20 min if you take the toll bridge). 5 minutes away from Microsoft campus if that is your thing. No complains here, would stay again.
