Storage Court of Tacoma

Storage Court was there when I needed them. This place is clean, convenient and the staff is amazing. I've never used storage before and they helped me every step of the way. I highly recommend Storage Court for your storage needs. Oh yah, how can I forget, the use of their truck saved me a lot of money as well.

My fiance' and I were in a time crunch and we were able to get everything done in the time frame with the help of manager Michael. He was so accommodating and went above and beyond to help us to make sure we were done on time. He was amazing. Thank you Michael for all your help 😁

Miranda helped us, walked in on Saturday afternoon and set with a moving truck and a unit ready the very next day!! Never had an experience so simple and worry free. Thank you Miranda!!!

I have had nothing but great service. We have been with them for years. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. If you have to call and leave a message, they always get back to you. The grounds are clean and well kept. The storage units are in excellent condition.

Jennifer is AMAZING! She is professional, knowledgeable, kind and efficient. She makes the experience so wonderful. I really appreciate her pleasant demeanor and timely response. The new employee is also A+. She seemed eager to learn and was very kind. Great team!!!!

The facility itself is ALL DRIVE UP units so no elevators or stairs, real easy to load and unload. Family owned and very secure- 5 stars!!!!

In April of 2019 I had to unexpectedly pack up several rooms and put it all in storage for a family emergency. Getting our unit was easy and the people were so nice. I rented a 10x10 though I could have gone smaller but the price was decent so I took the bigger unit. Over the past couple weeks we've been finally unpacking our unit and unpacking all of our boxes. We had books, vinyl records, porcelain dolls, pillows, blankets and comforters, Build a bear stuffed animals, Funko pops, just about everything you could imagine a household having. Unpacking the boxes we were so happy to see that absolutely nothing had been ruined, broken, or critter contaminated. Even the waxed hands that we had made in Hollywood did not melt in the days of severe hot weather. We could not be more delighted with storage court for keeping safe our belongings until we were able to put them back in our house. I highly recommend them.

Moving is so stressful!!! I couldn’t fit everything into my new place and needed to find some storage last minute. Laura was AWESOME!!! She was friendly and helpful with finding the right size unit it needed.

Moving is so stressful, but luckily I found this place because it's safe, clean, and affordable. The girl Laura Joe was so accommodating giving me good advice on what size to get and helping fill out my paperwork. This place is the place to go for sure.

Checking out of the storage unit and after 10 years we have had absolutely issues, in fact the manager LJ is just awesome. Moving is stressful and she just provided the best customer service. All drive up facility plus really easy to rent the trucks, just remember your gas receipt! Well done!

I've been renting here for a few years and Jenn ( Manager) has been a pleasure to rent from Jenn at storage court. If you have a problem, she will do her best to help you in the most professional manner and positive attitude. She's "ALL-IN"

Working with Delia to get our 5' x 10' unit went much more smoothly than I had anticipated. She was extremely helpful, explaining everything I had questions for in detail which alleviated any feeling of concern that I had. I would say that this is an LGBT friendly storage facility because my husband and I don't feel like we were treated differently at all. Delia speaks fluent Spanish, so if you're more comfortable speaking in Spanish you can rent from here easily. The first 3-months 1/2 off special pricing deal they have right now is unbeatable. Overall a very pleasant experience.

A great place for all your storage needs. Laura was super helpful and friendly when figuring out what size storage I needed and was great with answering question over the phone. She is a storage expert and goes above and beyond for her customers.
