We switched to Future POS in January of 2015. The ease of use of the system on the back office is much simpler than our previous POS system. In the front of the house it is very intuitive to use making it much easier for new employees to get up to speed fast so they can focus on customer service and not how the POS is set up. POS partners has taken great interest in making sure our system operates properly and that we are fully protected when it comes to credit card processing. The knowledge and expertise that Ian and Kirk bring to the table are invaluable. Technical support is also available any hour of the day or week. I highly recommend POS Partners if you are looking to upgrade your POS systems.

We've been using Future POS since March 2013 and love it... Even more so now with POS Partners handling all of our service calls (shout-out esp to Kirk Henry!). Turnaround on problems has been speedy, personnel professional, and software very user friendly after the initial learning curve.

I highly recommend Future POS for any organization looking to maximize management potential. "CPT Kirk" our rep has been invaluable in training and consultation to our staff. The service team is quick to respond. One time I called Kirk for an issue and he showed up faster than if I called 911. The transititon to POS Partners was seamless and the staff responded well to the training. We look forward to continued success with our POS Partners.

Pos Partners did a fantastic job installing a brand new future pos system at our sports bar (Rivals Bar & Casino) in Kalispell Montana. Our service rep Ian Spencer was top notch. Writing my review on the awesome customer service we get from Ian!! Ian has been the most helpful in resolving what few issues we have ever had. What I love most is he will also help in teaching the "why's". I look forward to my weekly check in call. I have formed a great relationship with Ian. He is not your "normal CS guy". A lot of fun to talk to and he speaks on my level of understanding. I truly appreciate that!! You will not go wrong with this service!

POS Partners has got your back. Jennifer helped us switch over to the EMV chip readers and a new credit card processing company. She walked me through all the steps, and when we had a software glitch she came right out to take care of it. I feel confident knowing we can rely on fast and competent service from POS Partners.

Just got a POS system installed at Midway Tavern, set to open tomorrow. I was deathly afraid of the back office, however after Ian showed me how to use it, I successfully added a table, changed drink prices, and added employees today, and he left yesterday! There excellence has been tested recently by me with magnificent results. Ian has always been the best support for me, I am not very good on computers and he has always been extremely patient with me and walked me through the steps to figure things out... several times on the same issue. Ian is very polite, and prompt with trouble shooting our problems, which most of them could be operator error. He is the tech support that I always want to help me, I know we can get it figured out together. I highly recommend him to everyone! I almost have on him on speed dial!! Thank you very much Ian
