Goodwill Store

It's a great place work and shop. The ppl I work with are the best !! 😀😃

Always pleasant and helpful staff. I barely (if ever), leave empty handed. They have a really good rotation of stock, but then again, I don't travel to many other Goodwill stores here in Montana- a little bit of a long drive to the next closest store... 😉 But, I still think this place is great. Plus, more than once a month they have a 50% off day, on certain items. Can't beat that!

Lots of good stuff, and the building itself is some nice architecture

People complain about the pricing and honestly they need to be grateful for it. Video games at retail price are always over $30. The video game consoles are always over $200 or $300. So buying video games or the consoles ranging from $1 - $20 is nothing. For those who are uneducated in the ORIGINAL RETAIL PRICE of any product should not complain about the pricing when it comes to shopping at Goodwill. To top it off, they are lucky to have no sales tax. People also don't understand that Goodwill doesn't provide everything that a single individual may be looking for. All the products for sale are based on community donations. If they are looking for something brand new and specific, they need to go to another store. Never had any problems at this location. This Goodwill is amazing. Staff do their best at following guidelines and procedures.

I'm not from here, and normally never go to Goodwill, as the local stores from where I'm from are insanely ridiculous. Being a little desperate to find something, I decided to run in really fast. I couldn't believe the prices!! Extremely cheap! A solid wooden table...$12, nice solid wooden dresser $15. Found expensive name brand pots and pans for a few bucks. The list goes on. The store was very clean, and the staff was really friendly... two thumbs up! (Thank you Goodwill for not being greedy with your prices).

Friendly workers store was neat and clean. My shopping experience was very enjoyable, and as I hate to shop in any way shape or form and normally have someone else shop for me is a mind staggering thought.

I like this store! The service is friendly and cheerful! Keep up the good work! I do get a bit concerned about a certain woman who arrives on Mondays and loads up carts-- this week she had two carts of stuff that she was pushing around. I decided that she must be cherrypicking the sale items and so it would be fruitless to shop this store unless I came earlier than she does. Seems like Goodwill should put in place a policy that limits this type of shopper-- maybe allow only one cart, at least? Her two carts were piled HIGH! When I called the store to register my dismay, they knew exactly who I was talking about, but said that their hands are tied. Apparently I am not the only person who has this opinion... Sounds like corporate needs to address this...?

Store is very clean. Although I am disappointed that I was unable to try on any clothes today due to fitting rooms being closed off therefore I was unable to buy any clothes for myself but got some for my fiance. I know this isn't their fault. It's the law for now but I refuse to spend money on clothes that might not fit. I don't want to get them home, try them on there and realize they don't fit and have to donate them without getting to wear them first. It's a waste of money. I feel that all stores that sell clothes need to be allowed to reopen their fitting rooms so we can all buy clothes that fit for sure and not have to take a gamble on clothes that might not and end up wasting money.

A couple months ago I called in with a customer service complaint and spoke with Michelle Wolf, she handle the situation in a professional manner and I ended my phone call no longer an angry customer. Yesterday, I was in shopping, and unbeknownst to me Ms. Wolf waited on me - and with that same friendly and professional attitude that I believe needs to be recognized. She leads by example, each customer is important even selling used items. Thank you.

Some of their pricing is not consistent. One bath towel 2.99 another one just like it 5.99 a lot of stuff in the store is priced that way. It is confusing

Always something new to look at , great selection of kids clothes. Lots of glass dishes too, prices have changed for the better easy way to kill an hour is to walk around this store.

Good finds can always be found at Goodwill, clean store, well organized, staff readily available if help needed, purchases always help local communities, if you travel, stop in and see if you can find your treasure.

Enjoyed my visit... only hiccup was a small bag of animal feces that a customer shelved inside. Why would someone do that? Lots of dogs both inside and out. Maybe it was dog poo.

WHAT DOES OUR HELENA GOODWILL DO WITH IT'S INCOME TO HELP DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY? WHO SITS ON OUR HELENA G.W. TO SERVE AS ADVOCATES FOR THOSE WHO WORK AND BUY FROM GOODWILL?

Didn't find what I was looking for, but store still clean, well-organized and following safety guidelines. All-in-all a positive experience.

Clean , neat , tidy and well laid out with sizes styles and colors. Front end check out personnel are pleasant and very efficient.

Love our Helena Goodwill!! I love to hit the same days , you can get really good deals then! Mondays, colored tags $1.

So much more organized than my local Goodwill store!

Very large store, great selection on clothes, both men's and women's. FYI, every day is senior discount day!
