The staff is great they know you after a couple times and have your order ready for you right away they're kind very helpful and their food and coffee is amazing!

The Americano from City Brew is the best in town, probably I've ever had. It's hearty, robust and also smooth. And City Brew staff is always friendly and quick. I give them all the stars!

Considering that I'm a platinum member I know for a fact that you can put money on my card if I ask. So shutting the window and rolling your eyes and yes I saw you do it. Not very professional when training a new employee.
Since I have been going to City Brew since 2007 I also know how my drink is supposed to be made and what it tastes like with one shot and what it tastes like with 2 shots.
So thanks for making my drink wrong intentionally.
For everyone City Brew is great but not this location.

Love this little kiosk on prospect! It's closest to my home and the one I visit most! The coffee and baristas are always great! Leah is so sweet and she makes it a point to remember you! The baristas are always happy and never fail to share a smile with your drink!

My first experience with City Brew was fantastic. The barista Lesli was very nice and personable. The service was quick and the latte was delicious! Love that it is on my way to work :)

One of my first choices for coffee. Their perks program is nice as well. They always are consistent and tasty as well as having superb customer service. In a town with many coffee kiosks these guys stand out in my mind.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the City Brews in Helena!!! I am very picky about the kind of chai I drink & they have what I like!!! I typically have my 5 year old son with me who "has to have" a butterscotch steamer & he says that they're the best from here (Paula is his favorite - "she makes them taste good every time"!)!! I have had nothing but excellent service from all of the barista's!! Thank you!!

They have the best-tasting coffee in all of Helena. The staff are always great and always get my order right. Oh and they are super quick too so I never have to wait too long! Excellent place.

I love coming to City Brew! I most often visit the prospect ave location. The baristas are always friendly, and also patient with me when I can’t decide what I want. I haven’t had a drink yet that I didn’t like, and the baristas ALWAYS remember to make my drink with soy milk, unlike St**bucks, down the street. Paula is the barista I see the most there and she always knows what I like. This morning my barista was Raegan and she was really nice. ✌🏼❤
