T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I visited today to get a free replacement of my screen protector. I was promptly and pleasantly greeted by Gabi, and we started talking about bringing my husband's phone over from the competitor (starts with V). I have been unhappy with the former provider. I had switched to T-Mobile almost 2 yrs ago but didn't switch my husband's line as it is a flip phone and the competitor makes it so hard to port the #. Gabi was so friendly, knowlegable and genuinely wanted to help. She made it so easy to get a new free flip phone for my husband to finally port over to T-Mobile and also got me a brand new free phone plus additional free line for my account. Apparently there is a fantastic new special going on and Gabi helped me to get everything all set up and taken care of. It was super fast and easy. Gabi is awesome. She made me feel special and cared about. T-Mobile has fantastic service at a fair price. If you haven't had a chance to see what they offer, I highly recommend you do. And go see Gabi. She's amazing!!!

Was at the store on November 7th around 1:30 in the afternoon. The store was very busy, but associates were attentive to each person. Specifically Josh. I had an issue transferring data from my old phone to an eSIM and he knew exactly what to do. During some of my loading screens which took several minutes, he was able to multitask very well and assist other customers simultaneously. Josh was respectful and helpful to each person I saw him interact with. Awesome employee

I was treated so well by everyone at t-mobile the entire time I was there, especially by art and gabi when dealing with an extended bill due to Spectrum not porting my phone numbers over and spectrum was treating me terribly at the store and I am disgusted with their service, the only reason I had to switch from T-Mobile was because I was unfortunately dropping calls within a mile of my house but otherwise it is a wonderful company and great store

Shawn and Art were awesome. I needed some extra lines canceled as I wasn't using the devices anymore. I figured it'd be faster to stop in at the store (and return the devices, but it turns out that's not necessary). Well, these two guys had to get on the hold line with a call center just like I would have had to do at home. After 45 minutes of T-Mobile's internal call centers hanging up on the guys, they got my lines taken care of. I always get treated super well at this store. Izzy sold us our latest phones a while back and she was great. It's not the employees' fault that the internal corporate systems take too long. They absolutely do their best and do it with friendly attitudes

I am an over the road truck driver and T-Mobile store here hooked me up fat I mean really good unlike so happy. I came in cuz I keep going over my hundred gigs of hotspot and I have a business account so they gave me 200 gigs of hotspot totally happy with that. And I bought myself a JBL boombox speaker thing big square box but I just wanted to say this team old store treated me awesome I would definitely recommend this T-Mobile store and any other T-Mobile store to all my friends and family absolutely

I had issues purchasing an iPhone 13 pro through Best Buy. The guy never activated my phone & let me leave the store without a working phone. I came over to T-Mobile & was helped promptly by Art, he was amazing! Talked me through everything and called customer service for me & fixed the problem for me in a timely manner, assuring I had a working phone before leaving the store. Looking forward to coming back, everyone here is great!

A very pleasant experience from the first call through the appointment. I had been with another carrier for years and decided to switch due to my husband moving over and how his experience has been. Please TMobile continue improving your service for the sake of the consumer.

I went to T mobile for 2 lines for my husband and I. Sean met us at the door and took complete care of us. He didn't try to push promotions on us that we didn't need, instead he listened to what we wanted and suggested products and promotions that benefited us. We left with complete confidence in our purchases and know if we encounter any issues he's there to solve them. I would suggest T mobile to my family and friends, and if possible,ask for Sean and experience REAL customer service!

Having been in the telecommunications industry and having taught customer service, I am always hesitant to walk into a cell phone store. I have had horrible experiences from representatives that only cared about their commissioned sales.
From the time I walked into Kalispell T-Mobile I knew I had entered a completely different experience. I was greeted with a smile, a genuine caring smile. Everyone of the staff was kind and knowledgeable. Through out our experience we have been helped by Art, incredible employee and asset to T-Mobile , by Carson also a genuine asset to your company. Every single employee we have encountered is Amazing. We have also been assisted by the always available, always friendly, and always understanding (as he listens and cares) manager, Colby.
We had issues with our two phones, I believe they were defective. after 9 months of this store going above and beyond, trying everything to fix the issue...to no avail...Colby went above and beyond to help us get working phones. Now I have stated I worked in this industry. I have never in my 58 years of life experienced such authentic caring and assistance, especially from a telecommunications company. This store and these employees need to be recognized for their outstanding customer service and knowledge. They should all be teaching what it is they do and know. I would ask that they are acknowledged for their super hero customer service. Thank you Kalispell T-Mobile and Thank you Colby....YOU are the best in the industry!!!

Big shoutout to Sean, Brian, and the awesome team at t-mobile. I honestly have lived in the flathead valley and I don’t think I’ve ever been treated with the genuine kindness and support I’ve received at T-Mobile with their amazing team. I definitely recommend them! Kudos!

Had to stop in at T-Mobile so that Sean could help us clean up our phones. He did a great 👍 job. We're very happy 😊 again. He explained to us why we were having some issues.

I switched from AT&T and the process was super easy. Art helped me understand how T-Mobile’s network works, and explained the plan options so that I could understand. I was able to get the phone I wanted due to good promotions. I would recommend Kalispell T-Mobile.

We came in on Saturday and Brian assisted us on the upgrade of my phone and also resolved a huge dispute over our bill. We couldn't have done it without him. He is Great- He knows what he is doing and has excellent people skills!!!! Thank You Brian!

Chad is the man. From start to finish, he set clear expectations and made me aware of everything, through every step. He was willing to stay open past closing, and very knowledgeable with all of the options that I had available. If you ever need anything, go talk to Chad. He will take care of you the way you expect from customer service!

I'm posting under my daughter's name but today I had the best customer service I've ever had. I got waited on like a princess (not exaggerating )... I was welcomed immediately as I enter the store by all employees, I haven't had a big name phone provider in 9 years. I wanted something more efficient and faster than straight talk and refused to go to Verizon. I was approved right away no down payment, I knew what phone I wanted cause I had been eyeballing it for a while. (Note 9) I wanted to be protected as well and they went over ever option for cases and screen protectors they had. I couldn't believe how fast things moved after I picked my phone..
I had 1 guy doing my billing, another setting up one phone and another setting up my other phone. I didn't even realize they were done by the time I finished talking to the other agent.

2 new phones 2 new numbers a tablet and all screen covers and cases installed under and hour...

Definitely recommend this location and t mobile thus far..

I have always had a good experience at any T-Mobile store but Gabi was great!! Pleasant and efficient. They have the best plans and great service

Im loving my screen protector from this store a gentleman named chad helped Me find the perfect fit and even put it on my phone for me effortlessly. He was super knowledgeable and nice. Of all the times I’ve dropped my iPhone this screen protector has saved me more times than i can count. This store has amazing customer service and i highly recommend To anyone looking for a great phone provider to go in and join the t mobile family!

Love our local T-MOBILE STORE team ... they are quick to answer questions and are a great resource to our community (despite Chad’s questionable fashion sense ... 😉). Thankful to have a tech company like T-Mobile invest in our networks in Montana. I was nervous changing providers, as I travel throughout the area for work... their connections have been superior to the network I left, their customer service has been great to work through any glitches. Highly recommend other locals stop by and check them out!

Absolutely recommend coming here. I own a Business and they hooked me up with paying off all of my Verizon contracts and giving me $3k in bill credits, as well as two free iPhones, and another iPhone for tons of money off. I am so stunned. Thanks for the whole team getting me the best deals they can offer.

What an amazing company and mobile store we have here in kalispell. The best customer service around from the managers to the staff. When it comes to phone companies. T-mobile is THE phone company. Highly recommended to everyone!
Absolutely love the galaxy live buds, speakers, and oneplus 8t I've gotten from this store. In love with my phone and service the new 5g is unlike anything else.
