Great service, even though I didn’t have anything backed up Jason had us out with new phones in half an hour. He was nice and willing to help setting up and putting protectors and cases on our phones.

I put off Shopping for new phone like it’s a plague but Ty made it painless. She has lots of patience for this old guy. Thanks much.

Taylor was ready for our appt. She explained everything and was very efficient getting info transferred to my new products. We will be asking for her in the future!

Colton did an excellent job of getting my second phone to sync with my first phone.
It was challenging because I did not have memory or access to my passwords!

Taylor was absolutely fantastic. Went to Verizon on 3rd street and the said they didn't have time to help us today. Went to BeMobile and the gave us great service, even tho the store was full. We had a short wait but it was well worth it for the service we received. I will never go to the store on 3rd street again.

Taylor and Cole were super helpful in getting my new phone set up. They took plenty of time to make sure I had everything I needed, and were both very knowledgeable when answering any questions that I had.

We had excellent service and support on getting our new phones setup. We had to wait quite awhile in line to get taken care of but once we got help it was very good.
