Great place to come to if you're looking for any kind of home improvement supplies. Much better selection than Menards and prices are better, too. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had to drive 3hrs for Our appliances. Unfortunately they were damaged. But I am beyond greatful with managers who took care of us. They couldn't fix the damage but We are able to give us a small discount for them. Thank you for helping us.

Purchased a upright freezer. Fast and Friendly customer service. Went to pick up two days before it was to get shipped into store location. Again fast friendly customer service.

Picked up an item that I had ordered. Got notified that it was in and come to the customer service desk. I notified them per the text that I was there, walked up to the person and they verified it was me, got my item, checked it to make sure it was OK and handed it to me. 2 minutes and I was in an out. Very surprised at how little time it took. They've got the system down to a "T". Very professional. Thank you!!!

This is a very nice store. It was extremely clean, well stocked and we spoke to some great staffers. We spent time speaking with an extremely nice young woman in the flooring department. I did not get her name. She spent at least 15 minutes trying to look up collapsible shelving brackets for us. She even took us to the shelving area to look. Unfortunately she was unable to find what we needed. She’s a keeper from a customer standpoint. The other employee we received help from was a very friendly young man in appliances. He found the microwave we needed and loaded it onto our cart. He spent additional time looking for a rebate form that I thought was listed online. He printed out the forms he thought I was looking for, then politely told me he thought I had misread the conditions for getting a rebate. He was correct. I looked it up later and did indeed read the information incorrectly. The experience we had with these 2 young people restored our faith in our newest generation of workers. Thanks for hiring and training such good “kids”. BTW we love our new microwave, too.

Bought a GE front load washing machine today from here. Not sure what the name of the guy was in the appliances department, but he was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products he was selling. We were in and out in about 15 minutes (maybe even less) super fast service! After he helped us load the washer in the back of our pickup, we told him thank you for the great service! He said there was a link to a survey on the receipt that we could fill out and we told him we would. Unfortunately there's no link to a survey on out receipt, so here we are leaving a review. That guy deserves a raise for his awesome service! Its a 90 mile drive for us to come to Bismarck, but we will definitely be back again thanks to him!

I like shopping at Lowe's because I can find most things I need by utilizing their app. For most items, it will tell you which aisle an item is in. This comes in handy when you (sorry to say), cannot find an associate to help you. I also like that their construction products are indoors. I've purchased drywall at other stores where these things are kept outside, and it's hard to work with as you can tell it's been damp. Paper rips instead of cuts nice; don't get a clean break, etc. I also appreciate the Military discount. Comes in handy when you are trying to keep up with inflation.

The place is huge and has everything you could need for any job. Tools, supplies, appliances, wow. The place is neat, clean, and orderly. There's plenty of space to move about, the aisles are well lit and clearly marked. I'll definitely be shopping here more often. Highly recommend it.

A young man helped me find an item that was not in the area listed online. I was looking for this car phone holder magnet for my vehicle (picture below). He was very helpful and kept looking until he found it. The staff was also continually cleaning during my visit. Which is great to see during the Covid pandemic. I went to Lowe's looking for a new fridge because my water/ice maker wasn't working anymore. The water line seemed fine so I figured it was broken. Employee Alan in the appliances recommended I just try a new water filter. Bought the water filter and fridge works perfect! He saved me $3500. Awesome service!
