Red Lobster

The food was good, the service was GREAT.

My fiance and I celebrated my birthday at lunch today. We thought the food was really good. I had snow crab legs and he had clam straps. The crab was so enjoyable and the price was reasonable. The service was seemless serving us we wanted for nothing and the waitstaff was congenial. We enjoyed our drinks which not expensive. The entire bill was surprisingly reasonable. We will see next year on my birthday!

The only downside of this visit was the wait time for our food. Our server explained to us "new cook".
With that our food was great tasting as always the the server was entertaining.
Also we were eating with family so our visitation was mainly before the meal instead of after. Therfore overall time spent was about the same
We all left happy!

Came in Friday evening and was seated within 15 minutes. Heidi and Laurie, our servers, were prompt, friendly, attentive, and very funny. This is by far the most pleasant dining experience I've had in Bismarck since I moved here earlier this year. I'll definitely be back!

Honorable mention to the hostess who dealt very professionally with an irate customer who was beginning to get verbally abusive towards her. She maintained her calm, I was very impressed.

Our server was amazing! He made the entire experience so fun and enjoyable. On top of checking up on us and bringing our food and drinks in a timely manner. For how busy it was we didn't wait long for a table and I know how short staffed everyone is lately so I was impressed by all of the services I received.

Roger was our waiter probably the best we have ever had! Fast, efficient, absolutely 💯 great dining experience. We will definitely be coming back and asking for this guy!

Food was perfect. Our party of four was very happy with our order. The service was great. The server and manager asked more than a few times if we needed anything.

This place is awesome, I ordered - Walt's favorite shrimp with Quinoa rice & green beans. My husband ordered - Lobster pizza.
Both were five stars, we will be back for sure!!

Second visit, I ordered - Mariner's Feast, you have all the meats in it, salmon tasted the best!

My waitress was AMAZING. She was engaging, helpful and super friendly. I don’t recall her name, but seriously such a great time.

We stopped by for dinner at this Red Lobster on our stay in town for the night. We were tired and hungry from such a long drive. We came in and were sat in a timely manner. Our server(think his name was Kade?) was super attentive and looked so good... haha. He definitely looked like he enjoyed his job there. Our food came in a timely manner and was absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic here, the food was perfect, and the atmosphere was so nice and ambient. Highly recommend this location!

We always have a great experience, but it’s TOP NOTCH when we have Chris as our waiter. He goes over and beyond, great conversations and brings such a great vibe! We request him when we can and truthfully we always look forward to seeing him when we pick red lobster!

Samantha was our waitress, amazing person!!! We had dinner as a family had best Tuesday 2 for Tuesday lobster,salmon and shrimp and 2 sides for $60 that is the best deal of $14 savings when eating seafood. Everyday is a different deal on the menu.

My visit to Red Lobster was very very enjoyable. The location in Bismarck was your typical Red Lobster however what sets this location apart is the incredible service. From the second we entered the door to the second we walked out the staff was incredible. We ordered the all you can eat shrimp meal. Just incredible service. There was always at least one plate is shrimp in front of me at all times. Water glasses and tea glass were kept full. Staff had to rank in the top of the restaurant staffs I have experienced. Ample parking outside. Watch the closing time-we arrived at 7PM and left when they closed at 9PM.

We always get the biscuits for our Christmas day gathering. They are a hit always! I was running late and in a rush I felt so bad but the staff were so quick and helpful

Was a bit of a wait time due to being short staffed but got us in fairly quick .quick service .food was delicious

Awesome time with great food but what made the experience even better was our server named Jade. Will definitely be back due to this experience with such great hospitality.

I have always been a fan of Red Lobster. Since we don't have one where I live, I eat there when I'm traveling and get a chance. Just left the restaurant in Bismarck North Dakota, and it is by far the best one I have ever been to. The staff was fantastic, my waitress was very efficient, and the drinks and food were top notch.

Best waitress ever !!! Attentive, funny, knowledgeable about the options and made great recommendations. Had the all you can eat shrimp option which is always excellent. Wait time for a table was reasonable.

Service was a bit slow, but I did go in at an odd time, and I don't believe there were many servers there. The food was amazing! Music could use an upgrade. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Best place to eat lobster at Bismarck. I personally love all the dipping sauce. I try the lobsterfest, you can choose the type of lobster, shrimp, and side. My wife try the lobster lover's dream. Both of us were satisfied. We can be a lot more statisfied if the lobster size was bigger 😂
Price can be a little bit pricey, but hey what can you expect this is a fancy food after all.
