Traci was the sales clerk in the electronics dept., Who attended to our needs. She was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable of computers. She gave us her recommendation based on our needs and use of computer. She is a great salesperson and sold us on what we needed. We will definitely go to Best Buy for our computer needs or any electronics needs.

I had my electronic started placed there on 2.27.24. The service techs were both excellent! I'm sorry I can't remember their names. But highly recommend them!They were both proficient and friendly!

Great help fixing and finding computers! The Geek Squad was so informative and helped us to understand why our computer was running so slow. It's so good to have people you can trust with electronics that change faster than our learning curve can handle! The tech guy was cheerful and patient and friendly. Made our day!

We purchased an auto start for our son's car. To be honest, I didn't know they did installations. I was very impressed with the tech, his explanation of how to operate, and how quickly the work was done. Very satisfied.

I gave the 5 stars to this Best Buy based on my most recent shopping experience. Parking was readily available. I was greeted at the door and I was directed to go. On the way to that location a staff member asked if I needed assistance. I explained what I was looking for and was guided to where the merchandise was located. One person was ahead of me. Entire shopping experience was a success. I found the item I needed with minimal time spent shopping.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Never a bad experience .

I went to Best Buy to look at computers for my daughter for college. The staff as wonderful and the sales man really took the time to explain to me what gigs and rams and other things I don’t understand that she will need for her computer. I was looking at the high end lap tips and he said for that she will be doing on the lap top she didn’t need all the features from the high end computers. I have purchased my lap top from this store and their Geek Squad people are fabulous. Great customer services all around.

I went to Best Buy today and the cashier. Alyssa was very helpful with my products and what I was buying. I suggest she gets a raise ASAP because she was very helpful and respectful. You don't find hard workers like her anymore but on a real note, the whole staff is nice very good environment. They always ask me if I ever need help with anything and overall 10/10 recommend!!

I like coming here. Haven't been here much, but I like coming here. This has a great selection and I like it. Not as good as rock30 games close but I like it here.

Joe, the manager of the geek squad in Bismarck, was wonderful. Unlike corporate he listen to me, and assisted me to fix the issue I was having. After dealing with corporate I had decided not to shop there again. Joe change my mind. Good customer service goes a long way.

Bought a Remote start. Total install took about 50 minutes. 👍👍👍

I was there to get a replacement charger for a laptop on Cyber Monday. Checked into queue via QR code. Easy process. The Apple Rep even offered help while I am waiting a short bit for help! A Geek Squad member while helping another customer grabbed the charger I needed and told me I was next in queue to be ring up. Awesome teamwork to service the customer.

Extreme Gamers place to shop for those who want certain things and want more in a system. Bought accessories for my husband and the young woman who assisted was on top of it! Highly impressed. Front end people are again pressured for gathering those credit applications. However their dedication to customer service is evident in watching customer/employee interactions.

Very friendly and knowledgeable.
The last time I went in was in to check out some sound equipment. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly gentleman and he directed me in the right direction. After browsing for a while another store employee was in the area and asked me if I had any questions and was able to answer everything I asked and helped me make a informed decision.

The staff here is incredibly helpful. I was looking for tablets for college and they were quick to check in on me and help me look at models. They also told me the pros and cons of each model, and compared them side by side. They talked to me about accessories and other things like pens, cases, etc. They also offered to order in certain things they didn't have in store, free if charge. Great customer service and a good selection!

Slow lines but great service

Last time I visited it was pretty good customer service which honestly has been an issue. I can say it seems they have a lot less reps in the store but at the same time it didn't seem it was needed. Store was clean and the employees were friendly
