Eide Ford Lincoln

Andrew was my sales guy and was very helpful. If he didn't have an answer he'd go find it out and get back to me. We had an ongoing phone and text conversation. I bought the car online and the process was very smooth. I felt that I got a fair deal. I did have to wait a few days after I sent my down-payment for Eide to finalize my paperwork, which was kind of off-putting after Andrew had done such a great job 'setting the hook' and getting me excited. I'd recommend to Eide a process to ensure a smoother transition over the finish line for your online customers. Also, if you take advantage of their shipping option plan on it taking 2 weeks, no matter what they tell you during the sale. That will help to manage your expectations and you'll thank me later. My new car is great and I'm overall pleased with Eide to this point.

Hands down one of the best experiences with purchasing a vehicle. Tyler from Eide Chrysler was so awesome to work with, he met up with us at Eide Ford, answered any questions we had, was so personable and friendly, made sure we got the best deal, Peter from finance was great to work with too, answered any and all questions/concerns that we had, went over everything that it was easy to understand. I have never bought a vehicle from Eide, and I’m so thankful I did. Everyone we ran into was so friendly and the atmosphere was amazing. The mobile service team was amazing to work with! Chris scheduled my recall and ordered parts to have them ready to go. When Casey arrived to perform the work, he was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer questions I had and gave options for future service. Thanks to these two great employees. (If only my interactions with the GM had been half this pleasant. But that’s a different one star review.)

It has been a wonderful experience for me with ordering my 24 Lincoln Nautilus. Colin was my contact at Eide. He was wonderful to work with he totally went above and beyond what he had to. Words can't express how I feel about Eide Ford Lincoln. I mostly could say the best of best car dealers are at Eide Ford. But most of all, my gratitude and many thanks goes to Cody Godfrey, his accountant whom I'm sorry I forgot his name, and also his manager which again can't recall his name cause I was very excited at the moment. My family and I will forever be grateful and will always be Eide Ford's number one customer and will definitely refer anyone. Nina at Eide was great during the car buying process! She kept us updated every step of the way. The process was kind of slow because it was busy, but felt comfortable the whole time. The lady at the front desk was friendly and kept the coffee pot full!! As a female buyer, it was refreshing to work with a female sales person. I appreciated her willingness to answer all of our questions, it made the car buying process easy. Their prices were also great compared to other places we looked. I would recommend Eide to anyone!

I called to have a safety recall procedure done. I was surprised when they offered to send a guy out to do the update at my home. This saved me the hassle of driving to the dealership. The repair guy was professional and did the job very quickly. I am completely satisfied with the process.

Jon Skinner was the BEST salesman I have ever worked with. I was nervous buying my first car and he SLOWLY walked me through it. The tone in his voice has a comforting affect that made the sales process a breeze. I contacted google to see if there was a way to give a 6 star review and they said no so 5 will have to do. If you're looking for a CAR "Jon Skinner" is a STAR.

I really loved that Chris came out to help with the recall. It was a smooth process after finding the right tool, and it was a good experience. It did take two days to get it done but I haven’t had any problems with the vehicle.
