My husband and I shopped at Zorells for an engagement ring and had the best experience! Staff has always been so helpful through every process. Getting your ring checked and cleaned is super easy. We purchased wedding bands here as well. I love my rings and am so glad we went to Zorells!

From beginning to end, I had an amazing experience. Tim helped me find the perfect ring for my wife. He was so knowledgeable and when I described to him what I wanted, he made exactly that. I would highly recommend starting your journey here if you plan to get engaged! They have a great selection for men's rings, too. I love mine!

I requested a Mother’s Day piece of jewelry incorporating our kids’ births stones to my husband, knowing it probably wouldn’t happen in time as it was about a week or so before. My husband went into Zorrells and worked with Tim Jr., and they got it created, made, and ordered in before Mother’s Day. I was completely blown away, and I am totally in love with the piece. It is such a high-quality necklace and my husband had a wonderful experience and nothing but good things to say about his time in store. We have purchased from here in the past and will definitely be returning customers, as Tim Jr. gave my husband a professional, hands-on, and attentive experience before what I’m sure is a busy holiday for them!! I really can’t say enough good things about our interactions with Tim Jr. and the Zorrells staff.

I would highly recommend Zorells, within seconds of walking in the door we were greeted with mimosas and smiles. Chana and team were so great to work with, we were able to take our time, ask questions, and browse the large selection of rings. It was nice to see the bands with stones in them instead of just the mounts. We will definitely be repeat clients.

I went to the showing of gems from Thailand. The gemstones were very unique and pretty. The sales lady and Jeff the jeweler helped me pick out settings to make 3 pendants and 2 rings. It was fun and my pieces are stunning!! Thank you for a fun experience and beautiful jewelry to remember it by.

Absolutely fabulous to work with. I took my ring in for repair that is a family heirloom. It came back 100 % perfect. I thought it was a different ring. The folks that work there are an absolute wonder to work with. Patient and not pushy when looking around. I just loved my experience with them.

Tim was very helpful an patient with my wife. He took the time to show her rings until she found the perfect ring. He also explained to us about upcoming sales events. Everyone there is so pleasant.

I went to Zorell’s to get a quote on fixing my wedding ring which I had to have cut off little over a year ago due to a traumatic hand injury. I then asked Chana a few questions about maybe just having all my diamonds taken out of my rings and having them set into a new band, as I really wanted white gold band instead gold. Chana was very, very helpful in helping figure out a design I would like. I couldn’t have asked for anyone more friendly and helpful as Chana was. I just got my new custom made ring and I absolutely love it, couldn’t have turned out any better. I shared my before and after pictures of my ring.

I cannot recommend Zorells enough! I took my late mother's wedding ring there (the ring now over 60 years old) to be repaired and cleaned so it could be passed to another family member. The results were breathtaking! Lexi and Christine were so wonderful to work with and most sincere with our situation. The ring was done a few weeks before the promised time and looked brand new! Thank you Lexi, Christine and Zorells for taking care of such a precious heirloom that will continue in our family.

We had a wedding ring that had a loose center stone. I first took it to a jeweler downtown by a place I buy my work boots. They said the ring needed a new head and it would take 3 months to fix. The 3 months made me hesitate and on my way back to work I thought I'd give Zorells a try. The sales person looked at the ring and said she'd need to have her goldsmith look at it. A couple minutes later she came back, with the ring sparkling clean, and reported there was a bent prong. The price quoted to fix the ring was a fraction of what I was just told it would cost at the other jeweler. They were in the middle of the holiday rush so they told me to bring the ring back in a couple weeks. 6 days after dropping the ring off I got a text it was ready. The stone is tight and the whole ring shines like new. I couldn't be happier with the speed of service and honesty of Zorells.

For not being a regular customer at Zorells but browsing in from time to time, it is a very nice atmosphere and always friendly employees. This time was for a purchase being made and Lexi was my husband's (and our) assistant. So extremely sweet, nice and helpful. As well as others there too. Many asked if we wanted a beverage or some goodies; how nice and thoughtful to ask! We felt very welcomed and happy. Customer service is very important and we definitely got that. Very pleased. We thank her and all again!! Look forward to coming back as well as to see my finished purchase.

I love going to Zorell's even if I have to give up my ring for a repair occasionally. They are always so courteous and helpful. They always remember my ring and complement on its beauty.

We walked in and were warmly welcomed into the store. Christine was amazing and Tim Jr helped us come up with ideas for my loose gems. Very lovely store and friendly staff makes this a win win!!

Tim Jr. is amazing. He has created new ring settings for me several times. He is attentive and listens to what you envision, even if the project is small. Tim makes you feel that your opinion is valued. Customer service is top notch! Thank you Tim!

My experience at Zorells was so enjoyable and the ring itself was spot on with what I had in mind. Lexi, the lady who helped me, walked me through everything and was very inviting and genuine throughout the whole process. Highly recommend. I'm sure I could have found something a bit cheaper online but the experience and certainty of the quality of the ring made it so much more worthwhile. A little over my budget, but its worth it. They find a ring for everyone.
