We love the way we're treated every time we go to Stephan Wade Nissan. We've been a Nissan/Datsun family since the 70s and have never been disappointed with our purchases. Our salesman was great, the service department is always happy to help us, with a smile and their waiting room and sales floor are top notch. My first car was bought in SoCal in 1975, a Datsun 610. I owned it until 1995! We've had a B210, then three Titans and a Rogue. All we're great vehicles. Our second Titan was a literal life-saving truck when we had a roll-over on I-15. We were towing a trailer, and a sudden strong wind gust caught us and sent us across two lanes, rolling twice. The passenger side was bent up, the roof was bent up, the windshield held up, but the passenger window was destroyed. When the truck/trailer came to rest, we were surprised to have survived. A witness said he expected to find us badly injured or worse. We had no cuts, no broken bones, and no internal injuries. The air bags worked, protecting my husband from injury and my right side from broken bones or even cuts and bruises. It was a miracle. We had two service dogs in the back seat, and other than their harnesses breaking free of the seat belts, they suffered no bodily injuries. Traumatized, yes, but we were so thankful that we all survived. Titans rule‼

They were able to fix my air conditioner quickly. Had to order in a couple parts to fix a couple other items. The car was repaired sooner than I told which was wonderful.

The car drives like new again and it stays cool in St George Utah which is known for getting pretty hot!

Best service department hands down! They are always so helpful and friendly. Letting me know what future services I might wanna start thinking about. Nissan service feels like home to me. Not only were they able to take care of me on short notice but also quickly! Friendly knowledgeable staff! 100/10 would recommend.

I want to say it’s my first time going to Steven Wade Center in Utah. I’m originally from Las Vegas. I want to see our sales person trace who is assigned to us did an amazing job. he was very patient with us. He answered all the questions that we asked, even though sometimes I surprised him, but he had the answer for them. if I know anybody that’s looking for a car would recommend Steven Wade dealership even from Vegas. That’s where I’m from to see the sales guy trace because. they are on their game, very professional and The communication was great. There was no waste of time.

Kameron was absolutely wonderful to work with!! He was patient, kind and very easy to talk with. This is my first time working with a dealership where I felt (for lack of a better word) encouraged and not overly pressured to buy, which actually made me want to purchase my car from him, specifically, even more. Konrad also helped us once we had gotten done looking at cars and were struggling to decide between two. He has so much experience and knowledge about cars that he was able to give us honest and accurate answers about some very knit picky things that helped us make our decision. Tyler in finance was kind, clear in the information he provided and so easy to work with, I would absolutely want to work with him again, given the option. 15/10 experience would absolutely come back and recommend to anyone looking to buy.

Excellent customer service. Got updates as my car was going through the maintenance process. Customer service specialist was excellent to work with. They got my truck in without an appointment and was completed same day!!

I always love leaving my car with Jeron and Richard. I know it will be gone over with a fine-tooth comb to make sure it's reliable and will not leave me stranded on some back road. I loved Bill taking me to my doctor appointment, while they worked on my car. Could not have been a better day

We were vacationing in Kanab and had unfortunate trouble with our xTerra Pro-4X. Richard Pabon got us in for repairs right away, and mechanic J. Stopper did excellent work very quickly. He also pointed out other problems that we could address when we got home. We were impressed with the customer service and excellent quality of workmanship.

Purchased a new 2024 Frontier Pro4X recently from Stephen Wade Nissan. Salesperson (Konrad) was knowledgeable and professional. He took time to listen and help me find exactly what I was looking for. Staff, from service to finance department, were all courteous and professional throughout the process. Great experience!

Nicole is such a great customer service associate! She is always such a bright light, and kind, shows respect etc. She has also shown she is very knowledgeable about vehicle care and maintenance! No she doesnt do the actual work so I am not trying to take anything away from the actual mechanics. It's just that she is the face and person we deal with when we walk in. That's hard to find those qualities nowadays.

Great service and attention to detail. The service techs were quick and proficient. Their prices are reasonable and it never has felt like they are taking advantage of you. I don’t live in St. George, but if I did, I would make this location my service provider of choice.

Mr. Youngblood was the wonderful gentleman who helped my partner and I get into the latest Nissan Sentra model with fantastic features all around! I am more than grateful to be able to trade my previous vehicle in for the new one, as well as receiving the free cruise! I am excited for what the future holds!

Danny, Daniel, and Kameron took excellent care of me this week. Hooked me up with the absolute perfect solution to my commuter needs. Even more amazing was the mpg that I experience for my 2024 Versa. The published highway burn on the window sticker is 35 mpg, however, I had a confirmed 48 mpg going downhill to the coast and 42 mpg back up the hill to home!

Stephan Wade Nissan is always quick and efficient. I drove from Page,AZ without scheduling an appointment and walked in had an oil change, tire rotation, and a review of recommended services. I waited for approximately 1 hour for the work to be completed and left feeling appreciated.
