Holiday Inn Express & Suites St. George North - Zion, an IHG Hotel

This hotel is clean, modern, beautiful. The free hot breakfast buffet is fantastic. The shower /tub is easy to get into and has a good grippy floor so you don’t slip- as well as a strong grab-bar to help you feel safe. The only things I don’t like are how high the beds are and how bad the bathroom lighting is- as well as how low and small the toilet is. The staff are extremely lovely and they always have a batch of free homemade cookies at reception- alongside a giant carafe of ice water with lemon and orange slices. There’s a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave that also add to the comfort of the luxurious bedding that’s extremely cosy. You’ll feel very comfortable and bring your workout gear if you want to use the great gym. A+++

We received the absolute best customer service from Tori last night. We arrived at a reservation in Cedar city at midnight only to find out that we couldn’t stay. With nothing decent available nearby we got back in the car with all our kids and drove to St. George, pulled into the Holiday Inn Express at 2 AM now, explained our situation. Very quickly Tory was able to get us a room at a fantastic rate. My husband and I and our sleepy kids were able to get a great night’s sleep, delicious breakfast, and thanks to Tory setting us up with a late checkout, we were able to even enjoy the pool and spa in the morning before we left. Great, friendly staff, very nice atmosphere. We will definitely stay again.

Great hotel. The rooms were nice and very clean. Everything about the hotel appeared to run smoothly and be well managed. Phoenix at the front desk was super helpful, anticipated our needs, and made sure we had a great stay. Highly recommended.

We were on our way from Twin Falls to California, and this was a good location to stop for the night. We like to stay at HIE when we can. My family really likes the cinnamon rolls. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.
The location of this one was convenient with the I-15. Easy off, easy back on.
We arrived around 8:00 pm. The parking spots are very tight.
The girl at the reception desk lacked in any kind of welcoming personality. We seemed to be a bit of an inconvenience for her.
We checked in. The room was just as we reserved. Two queen beds and a fold-out couch. The beds were nice, the fold-out, not so much. There was no bedding for it. We called the front desk to see if we could get some. She said, "Yeah, come and get it." We did. The sheets we were given looked like something we would have used for a painting drop cloth or given to the dog. They'd seen much better days.
There was a large whirlpool bath, which was nice but made it awkward to get in and out of the shower.
The kids liked the pool. I didn't see it.
The breakfast was the usual but it was good.
The housekeeping staff was friendly.

Suzanne is such a great employee for your company she helped my granddaughter with a coloring book and crayons that she personally had in her car! Such great customer service ! Caitlyn has also been extremely awesome! We won’t stay anywhere else! Thank you ❤

Rooms were clean, staff was great, and our experience was wonderful. Dorris, aka breakfast master, is an un-stoppable force! She kept up with our huge group of 100 students. She was friendly and helpful. Thanks for helping to make our stay great!

We were very well taken care of at this hotel. Though the staff was going through some changes, the manager Phoenix went above and beyond making sure guests were accommodated. We saw him cleaning rooms, serving breakfast, checking-in guests, washing dishes, etc.—and always with a smile! Great job managing this hotel Phoenix! Thanks for a great stay!

It was my first ever time staying in the United States and I found this place by pure coincidence. I booked a room for a 7 days there and my room was pretty clean overall, the bathtub was a bit a small for someone of my thiccness haha, but I managed. I really enjoyed my stay there, especially because of the friendly staff there, someone that I will probably never forget is Caitlyn, Caitlyn was friendly and always had an open ear for my complains lmao, I struggle with a bit of social anxiety but I found comfort in her personality and I even managed to get a few quick conversations in with her. But overall its a nice place to stay at and I will most likely return someday.

Room was great. Staff offered extra linens for my younger kids. I accidentally left my work laptop in our room and management was willing to took multiple times to find it. They locked it away and shipped it to me as soon as it was possible. It's nice to have an honest and dedicated team looking after their customers even after our stay. Will stay here again.

We attend here for weekly meetings in the conference room and so far the service has been amazing. The staff is so sweet. They keep the lobby clean and organized. They have a beautiful set up and have refreshments for the guests that are staying there. They also have a seating area behind the center piece in the lobby that is huge and gives it the feel of a library. You have desks that have connections for a laptop or charger for a phone if you need to catch up on business. They also have little booth areas for dining. They have a pool that is outdoors and have a beautiful view. Well worth it if you are looking for a get away.

I stayed here for about 5 days last week and as always, Holiday Inn Express offered me a wonderful, pleasant stay at the best value price I have found in the industry. Furniture is great and rooms are always clean. I love the desk and lamp for my work and the common area is very comfortable as well.

On this particular stay, I experienced a security issue with my debit card, and I was worried about how I would be able to pay for things. They offered to extend my reservation until my replacement card came later in the week, no questions asked.

I really appreciate the generosity and friendliness of the employees at this location. 100% recommended to anyone who wants a comfortable, clean, secure, and affordable stay.

OH My God!!! Best hotel with most reasonable pricing I’ve ever had. The bed was like a cloud and the pillows were best I’ve ever put my head on ever. The blanket and sheets were a crisp white and they felt so soft and awesome and clean. I want to know where to get each of them so bad!
We are part of their loyalty program which has been also totally worth it.
Great employees also.

We stop here when we are traveling to So. California it's a half way point. Always clean and friendly people. Great breakfast.

Thank you IHG for giving us one of the most amazing and comfortable hotel stays I have ever had! I have to say that we felt that every staff member was extremely polite, courteous, professional and genuinely concerned that all of our needs were met. We stayed for four nights in October and really hated to leave. We also wanted to mention that the breakfast served every morning was consistently great and coffee was even available before 6:00 a.m. which we really appreciated!

We had an issue with one of the rooms for our group and the hotel worked on making it right.
The staff was really good to work with and very kind.

Stayed a couple nights a while ago. I liked the person in the front desk, I forgot her name but she had purple hair and glasses. She gave us a late check out and we appreciated it SO MUCH!

My wife and I were on a “relaxed” (no reservations ahead) trip of National Parks, just left Zion National Park and headed south to Las Vegas. Due to a run-in with a deer out left headlight was out so cannot drive after dark. We looked up Holiday Inn Express, one of our favorites, and they had a room available and a military discount.

Check in was fast and easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was super clean, comfy and well equipped. Beds were firm and room was quiet. A huge surprise was dispensing bottles of Dove Shampoo, Conditioner and Bath Gel! Because my skin tends to be dry I loved it.

It was evening and we were tired and hungry. I called several pizza places but no one delivered to the North side. I asked if there was some place close I could walk to. Very helpful clerk checked next door and they were open. So I walked over and picked up a large Chicken Caesar Salad to split. That hit the spot.

Great place to stay. Highly recommended. And included breakfast bar was very nice.

I've been to more than my fair share of hotels around the world. I was simply driving through from San Diego and did not expect a Holiday Inn in St. George Utah to be so nice. The man at the desk was super friendly with my dogs, the rooms are new, modern, and clean. Good area with a great little paved trail connecting the hotel property to a nice little neighborhood. PLENTY of parking even on a Friday night. Stay here, it's a no-brainer.
