I love this location, no matter how busy, they always greet me by name and ask how I am. Santo and Kim are always helpful, friendly and have smiles on their face. ❤❤❤

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I went to this store today to cash three Ruby 7s scratch-offs that I purchased from this location in a bundle of 6 tickets (#45,46,47,48,49,50). I won $20 on two of the cards and $200 on one of the cards. Now, I don't play or buy scratch-offs enough to know all the ends and outs, so I want to thank the bystanders who were in the store helping in the situation.
I went to the store handed the girl behind the register my tickets. I watched her scan the tickets in, three slips or pieces of paper printed out, I saw her ball one up not thinking anything of it. I looked down at the machine and it read -$40.00. Instead of -$240.00. She handed me back a ticket and states she cannot cash the card because she doesn't have enough money in her register. I left and went to AA Stars Food Mart on Belt Line. The lady at that store scanned the card handed me a slip and informed me the ticket had been cashed out. She stated, "someone has already cashed in this card." So, I went back to this store and this time a man was behind the register. I explained the situation to him. The girl stated she canceled the transaction for the $200. I asked the man to show me the tickets she had stapled together and as I am looking at the tickets I noticed the card she handed me back wasn't the $200 card, it was a $20. After about 30 minutes of back and forth and the girl stating she now never scanned the ticket. I informed the man I would call customer service and request an investigation on where the ticket was scanned in. He gets on the phone to call someone and then offers me the $200. He stated "I will just give you the $200." By this time my husband had entered the store and told the man, "you are not giving us anything, we won that money."
I am going to report this situation to The Texas Lottery. Because this is fraud and scamming. Who knows how many people they have done this to. This is unethical and I would hate for anyone to go through this embarrassing situation.

Tried to use the air pump outside. Put in $1 nothing was coming out, only ended up taking 2 psi out of my tire. Had a child in the car, tried to call them outside. No answer. Very disappointed.

I saw a roach crawling and one dead while I was checking out.
