Dallas County Justice Of The Peace 4-1

Recently, I had the opportunity to visit Justice of the Peace 4-1 for a legal matter, and I must say, it was a positive experience. From start to finish, the atmosphere exuded professionalism and fairness, making my visit both smooth and reassuring. Their willingness to assist and answer any questions I had was truly commendable. Justice of the Peace 4-1 exceeded my expectations in every way, demonstrating a commitment to upholding the principles of justice with integrity and compassion. I would like to thank Ashley, Evie, and Jamie for assisting me.

Every time I have visited this court house everyone has been so pleasant and helpful. From the security guards to the ladies in the court room. No one acted as though “they didn’t want to be at work.” I just had to walk in to make a payment due to the website being down and there ended up being a misunderstanding on my end about a fee and Ms.Evie was very clear in making sure I understood prior to processing my payment. Thank you all for making my experiences here positive ones.

I have had the pleasure of coming to this Courthouse a few times now. Jade is Judge Jones’ clerk and she is phenomenal. She is very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Every question, issue, or dilemma I’ve encountered has been addressed in a timely manner-with patience, respect, and kindness. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and positive attitude.

No one truly wants to have to visit a courthouse…but if you must, this is the courthouse you want to belong in. I can’t say enough about the staff here and their dedication to provide excellent customer service.

I have experiences multiple government office visit and Nicole was the one who answer all my questions and also guiding me to do the other options if I wants to do. She is nice and helpful.

The clerks at Judge Jones section are AMAZING. Always professional and helpful. Ms. Evelyn Swann was extremely helpful today. Each time I come, I learn something new. As a Property Manager that is priceless. Keep up the good work! We need the guidance.

I'm giving 5 star because of Evie. She is very nice and knowledgeable. I had to amend the case and other clerk send me saying I need to do it online because it was efile. Thankfully I call on the last day to make sure everything went through. Came to find out it was supposed to be done in person only. She asked me to come in person before court closes and submit it and help me get the money refunded for double filing.

My experience with the clerk Evelyn Swann was outstanding. She went far and above in order to assist me with my issue. She was caring, helpful and extremely patient. I love her.

My husband was trying to pay his tickets and get his DL back. He called and spoke with Ms. Evie several times, to where she knew him by name and when we came in she was waiting for him! She has provided exceptional costumer service through this whole process and gave him step by step instructions to get his DL back. Thank you Ms. Evie! We appreciate you so much!

JP 4-1 has the friendliest and most helpful staff! Judge Jones prides himself on providing the highest level of service to all constituents and visitors. Plaintiffs and Defendants alike are treated with kindness, decency, and respect in all interactions. Can’t say enough good things about this court!

I had the most pleasant experience with Jade, the clerk at window #5. She gave fast, friendly service with a smile. I was not feeling great about having to go to the courthouse in the first place, but she definitely was very knowledgeable and helpful. Courthouses in other jurisdictions could use more young ladies like Jade helping their clients. Kudos.

Ms. Jade the clerk at window 5 is just amazing . I appreciate the time and work ethic she took on helping me . She was friendly , nice and understanding, and I would definitely recommend going through her with any problems/Solutions that anyone has when they come into the Dallas county Justice of peace . She’s truly the most down to earth clerk I have dealt with and I appreciate the time and concern .

Jade, the clerk at window 5, has the absolute best customer service!!! Her energy is infectious and she was so sweet! After dealing with her, I didn’t mind being in court. Lol. Get more employees like Jade!

The professionalism and dedication to service didn’t go unnoticed with Miss Evie. While she processed information for me, she followed the proper procedures to direct me towards settling the situation at hand by providing court documents.

The clerk at window 5, her name is Jade I believe. She was so helpful with any and everything that I needed. She answered all my questions thoroughly and when she didn’t know the answer she directed me to someone who could ! Great worker

Jade, the clerk at window 5 is out of this world. Very polite, sweet and knowledgeable. Her customer service skills are excellent and if you want your needs met please go to Ms. Jade customer service clerk at window 5, you will not be dissatisfied.

I would like to take the time to recognize Ms. Evelyn for her attention to detail and attentive care as I filed a response for two debt claim. She is very organized and and explained the process moving forward. I completely appreciate your help Ms. Evelyn. Hats off and I salute you.

Norma, Ms evie & Jamie and all the clerks are so nice and helpful. The judge Mike Jones listens to both parties and is a great judge I have zero complaints and enjoy coming to court each month.
