Love to go get meat here when the have the three day special prices, yesterday they had $3.00 dlls off on yhe strawberries, paid only $0.99 always buy the pasta for my churritos and mexican snacks here to cook on my regular fryer, tons on mexican products here, you can buy piñatas and all kind of mexican candy, fresh cooked food and aguas frescas to go or eat there, stop by to enjoy this place

Prices are reasonable, employees are friendly and helpful. Good place to get South American food choices, descent store. Has done in option, Can purchase mobile phones here. Vegetables and fruits are fresh. Variety of breads available. Located on Jefferson and Center street corner.

Finally found Goya Adobo with Saffron here after 2 years searching. This is great for dieting to change the flavor of brown & white rice as it gets boring with just salt and pepper. I got 2 of the pink cap and there were only two left. Apparently people love this too! If you see it. Try it. You're going to love it. 💕

My experience was that it is crowded it reminds me of of the store in Dallas called Festias store crowded.

This grocery store was very well stocked and seemed clean and organized. I went for an advertised special on chuck roast, they had a lot of the roasts available and they were easy to find. All the employees were friendly and wore masks. They had one employee standing at the carts (buggy) wiping them down with disinfectant while another employee gathered them from the parking lot.

Great place, great people . Very friendly... Not really. LOL everyone just minds their own stuff but if you need help and ask you'll get it. every worker I encounter with went far and beyond to help with what I needed. Highly recommend this place 👍👍👍

This place is great for Mexican groceries. If your looking for meat then look no further because its the freshest meat I have found in DFW so far. The pan dulce is really good and at one of the best prices I have found. They also have a great selection of cakes.

I was looking for fresh turkey parts, had been to several other name stores couldn't find. Rio Grande was was my last stop. I hit the jack pot. Thanks.

This is my favorite grocery store in GP. I obviously don't speak Spanish - the ready to go food here is excellent. I get tamales at least once a week... the hot sauce is on point. They have a great selection, excellent fresh fruit and vegetables. Awesome selection of meats. Most of the employees don't seem to speak English but everyone is super nice and patient with me to make sure we understand each other. I love this place.

Service is always great and food is always fresh. Spanish is not the only language spoken here! They do have people who speak English too but this is definitely a place for native Spanish speakers. The prices are fairly cheap and the checkout service is always quick, plus the people are really friendly.

Spare ribs, beef ribs, and pork chops $40 not enough room for the pork chops.

Fresh, fresh produce with great pricing. Wide selection of meats cut to choice. Cultural Hispanic market, so some of your more familiar shelf brand items may be missing. Good pricing, busy most times but they have adequate staff to keep the lines moving. Worth the stop to pick up groceries.

This market cares about their employees and customer. They have a cleaning routine (thats amazing) and make you sanitized your hands when you walk in 🙌.

Always a treat. Easily the best prices on veggies and fruit. Great Ceviche, and the salsas are incredible. Sweet Staff. I go shop every Monday.

I give El Rio 5 stars. Today I went shopping, i thought it was going to be crazy in there but it was business as usual. What i liked about today's visit n was happy they did that was a nice lady at the front entrance wiping the grocery carts down with sanitizer. That my friends does not happen at other stores. Big ups rio grande for trying to keep your customers safe.👍👍👍👍
