One of my favorite places to treat myself. The food and atmosphere is amazing. Definitely recommend the Asian bird in a salad along with their chocolate chip cookie, So delicious!!

What a hidden gem! Delicious craft cocktails and the food was amazing!! Live concert on the patio… all the plants.. Very cool vibe! I will be back!!

Loved the atmosphere! Also the staff were all super friendly and upbeat! Despite it being super busy! All the food came out very fresh and hot! The dirty bird fries were seasoned and the best tasting sauce! Deep fried pickles were amazing. The bartenders were so friendly and made the best tasting drinks! Perfect stop for a date night dinner before a show!

We went to this place with friends UNA rainy day. As soon as we entered we liked the ambiance very much. We were greeted by the bar tender with a beautiful smile and were informed to seat ourselves as we liked. Lot of local south Irving crowd was there hanging out and having the best time of their life. It was out second time there.... we got the chicken loaded fries and big chicken salad along with 4 cheese sandwich. It was de li ciouse!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chicken tasted so much better than any other place.... it was juicy and tender loved the Cajun dressing/ seasoning they put on the fries. My friends loved their salad and wings combo they ordered. Person taking the order was super nice and helped me picked the loaded fries. They call out your name and send you a text message once your order is ready which was done in a timely manner as well. Ambiance was fantastic, staff was friendly, we got great service and food was fresh and delicious. It was our second visit to this place and we will be back to this place for some more yummy food for sure. I highly recommend their loaded chicken fries. Kinda forgot the actual name of it... 🙄 but do try it!!!

We really enjoyed FireHouse Gatro Park. The food was great, patio is massive, and we highly enjoyed the bar & bartender. There was a good drink selection with fun cocktails that were made well 👨🏻‍🍳💋. As for the food, the dirty bird fries were G-O-O-D - the servings are massive though, so easily sharable if you're into that.

The ambiance was casual and cool. It seemed like a melting pot - families, people by themselves, groups of friends, couples, etc.

We stumbled randomly upon this place for dinner and are glad we did. If you are in the area, definitely check it out. Worth it, for sure.

Great atmosphere! My daughter's wanted to try this place out. We went for lunch and got great service. Food is priced reasonably and tasted great.

This place is very nice. There is a sitting area that has games. It looks like a place for families. In fact, a woman was with her child. The barista greeted me as soon as she saw I was there. She got my coffee right away. The coffee was smooth and delicious. Nice atmosphere!

Hidden Gem !!!!
Traveled to Grand Prairie for a funeral.
After a long trip this hidden gem was just the pick me up we needed. The food and drinks were delicious! The decor of was beautiful and cozy! Staff was super friendly and attentive to every patrons needs. The live music was awesome. The singer had such a beautiful voice. This place is an amazing common median for the whole family. Kid friendly but yet a.nice vibe for the adults to have a cocktail or cup of coffee. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area 👌.

Parking is in the back. When walking in off to the right there is a covered area with misters and tables. I love the Airstream trailer.

Entrance to the restaurant is off to the left. The line was long. We waited in line for close to 30 minutes. They will text you when your order is ready. Great food, worth the wait.

We had Dirty Bird fries, BLT sandwich with friend chicken (huge!), Asian bird salad and Asian bird sandwich. We were all happy with our meals.

Ate here two days in a row. Once for late night dinner. Once during lunch. Live music was good. Atmosphere was great. Staff was extremely nice. Food was great as well. Grab those tacos!

BEST BARTENDERS EVER!
We came for the first time and sat at the bar for date night. Zach and Helen were so friendly and engaging! Zach makes the absolute BEST drinks!!! He is very creative with his concoctions. The food was also very delicious. Very unique and flavorful. We had the TexMex burger, Nashville Bird, and a half order of the Dirty Bird fries (they were giant)! Excellent service and amazing atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

I love how restaurants now find clever ways to take French fries and deck them out to make a side dish a main entrée. The Dirty Bird fries at this place was so good that I can’t say enough about them. They are fries topped with Nashville Hot chicken, slaw, pickles, and some type of special sauce and they don’t disappoint one bit. You can take any of their chicken sandwiches and turn them into salads or loaded fries. The atmosphere at this place is great. If you want coffee they have a coffee shop if you want an adult beverage they have a bar, if you want a very modern place to hang out with the occasional live band then you will find this place enjoyable.

This place is the coolest and I wish I had found it sooner! Wonderful craft cocktails, the coolest atmosphere ever and great food! Such a great place to catch up with friends or get the family out to. Wish it was closer to home because I'd be there everyday!

This place got everything!

Coffee spot, burgers, and a little but fantastic bar.

I got the mushroom burger and Large Dirty Bird frys and the burger was extremely balanced, soft buns, tasty meat and veggies seasoned well.

I need to see if they can do medium to make the burger even better, but its the best mushroom burger I have had in DFW.

The Dirty Bird frys looks great, and the flavors of it all blend well. Frys are seasoned and cooked great. The chicken is marinated but dry for my tastes.

Coffee is a calm and decently quiet place to work at. It took longer then I would like for the drinks to be ordered and come out. Good coffee.

The bar made all 4 drinks our group ordered with grace and blam.

I highly recommend everything but sad the bird frys were dryer then I like,

LOVE!! I randomly found this place to meet a friend who was coming into town for the weekend. I was looking for something casual with good food, and let me tell you firehouse did not disappoint. The vibe is great, kid and pet friendly. Food is delicious, staff is great. Parking is a little weird but other than that, hands down 5 stars all around. Will be back!!

The food here is incredible. Been here twice in the span of a week. The prices are very affordable and the food & drinks are great. Highly recommended any of their fried chicken burgers! Pictured is the Nashville Chicken sandwich. It was so good I forgot to take a before picture.

Also the staff and owners are amazing & friendly and host awesome events.

I don't want to forget the great quality coffee at the cafe, and the outdoor area with more than enough space.

This place has a stylish interior, great for photo ops. The food is casual, order at the counter but let me tell you- I come back for the kale and quinoa bowl, bc it’s one of the best salads I’ve ever had. I get mine with buffalo chicken on top and a side of the fried zuchini. DELISH. I also love the cane sugar sodas and the bar has some unique cocktails as well.

Very nice coffee shop especially in the morning when it’s quiet and peaceful. Will definitely visit again

Super cool concept space. Combo of bar coffee, bar restaurant and music venue. Bar offered unique and impressive range of drink options. Pro tip if your a soda head check out the Stuborn fountain choices agave infused root beer and vanilla personal favs. Food casual counter service but high quality and nice variety. Don't miss the Dirty Bird fries.
