Comfort Suites DeSoto Dallas South

I’ve stayed in this area, plenty of times and decided to give this spot a try. Even though a lot of people experienced “rude” customer service that wasn’t the case for my 6 day five night stay. “Ms.Faith” is a beautiful soul. I experienced rude people before stepping foot inside and she changed my whole mood.
Very clean rooms! I would stay here again quick.

Rooms were very clean the night shift people were very nice but, the front desk clerk while I was checking out today was super rude her name is Kim I was checking out from 3 rooms that we had stayed due to surgery done in Lancaster I had read reviews which were very good until this experience and even though we could of stayed in Lancaster we decided to stay in De Soto long story short I did my check out and to this I gave Kim my key cards which were 3 she asked if I needed a receipt I said yes she told me to step aside so that she could help the other guest behind me I hadn't even explained to her about the key cards she just assumed that there were only 2 rooms I guess I had left the card holder at the hospital and only had the room key by itself I told her that I was checking out from 3 rooms and she said "well you didn't tell me there were 3 rooms" her tone was an elevated voice, I said well you told me to step aside before i could even tell you and she kept saying things I was letting her speak i am not that kind of person she kept justifying how she had treated me I guess I told her "hey I am not being rude to you" she said "me either" I was like ok i did ask for her name she said Kim in a rude way she slammed the receipt on the desk, and I walked away other than Kim being rude it was a very comfortable stay. I have worked in customer service and I have never treated someone with a tone of voice that I wouldn't like for myself.

Firstly, we gotta boast on Camryn and the Comfort Suites. This establishment was very considerate and cooperative. They go above and beyond to meet or exceed your needs. Camryn, the front desk worker was very helpful and accommodating on the phone when I had a billing and cancelation issue. He was able to assist other parents cancelation on the phone. Say what you want about Comfort Suites but they are professional and friendly when it comes to superior customer service!

This establishment was very considerate and cooperative. They go above and beyond to meet your needs and the rooms were comfortable, nice & neat with thick sheets and covers. We appreciate the service we received and I’d definitely ask for Ms. Faith & Ms. Kim B every time. Thanks so much

My brother and I had a great stay here! Everyone was very nice, especially Faith and Kim(overnight front desk). We would definitely stay again!

Very nice & clean!
We were there for a concert in Dallas & i had booked for 2 nights, a king size bed and a pull out sofa and the young man at the front desk was nice enough to upgrade us to a double room! Everything was very clean and organized, really enjoyed our stay! Will definitely recommend and come back.

The rooms were very nice! My only complaint is there were crumbs on the sheets. Although that did not ruin our stay! The beds are super comfy and the room is very homey. And the front desk was super helpful.

I had a great time with family. This will be our place to stay whenever family comes to town

Firstly, we gotta shout out to Kim, Krystal, and the Comfort Suites staff for being professional, patient, and kind throughout our stay.

Was here almost 3 weeks. The pool was almost always beautiful, with the occasional lapse from the night until mid-morning- if there was a partying happening the night before 😏. It's uncovered, outside, and in high summer, partially shaded by the building through the day! Great sun!!!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping is on point and typically holds a stringent schedule- which is something I appreciate.

They have a free breakfast that is petty good. Typical, eggs, protein, waffles, yogurt, juice, coffee, cereal, bagels and the like. The common area near the lobby is comfy.

The gym is basic and hits all the important stuff, I suppose.

There is 1 elevator and 4 floors. The stairways are frequented, so plan for that, sometimes People prop the pool door open so it's worn, and the card key is challenging, TIP: push in the bottom of the frame on the doorknob side- there isn't an anchor holding it to the floor so its loose and kicks the door out of whack.

The location is great. Right off 35E, 15m south of Dallas metro. There's a district where they have everything a long walk or short drive away. There's no public transportation this far south of the city, so plan for that.

Overall, happy service, good food, great rooms, and a solid location.

I love coming here. The staff is great. The rooms are clean ans the beds are so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Their veds are more comfortable than most hotel beds I've slept on. . .

I've stayed here multiple times and have had no problems. Rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is attentive, and I love the breakfast setup they have. I highly recommend this place.

We have stayed here the last four weeks. Very clean, beds are very comfortable, the room we had was quiet also. full line hot breakfast (waffles gravy eggs sausage cereal bagels etc) The service had been great. Everyone there has been so pleasant and helpful. Great place to stay.

My daughter and I was nice. The front desk gentleman was very pleasant to us. The lady was mopping as we was entering into the building. The room was nice, clean and quiet. I will definitely come back to them.

My husband and I had a great stay at Comfort hotel 🏨 it was super clean, the employees where super nice and very helpful, service was great! We arrived Thursday at 1130am and stayed until Sunday morning 🌄total was $430 so basically 100 a night but with prices now that's was fair to use 👌👍😀 great amenities small gym, pool and great breakfast bar( offered good food choices for breakfast) the had snacks for sale if you didn't want to find a local store! And small little things to make you feel comfortable through out your stay! I enjoyed it 😁😉

I frequent Desoto often, but this was my first stay at this property. I was pleasantly surprised. The manager on duty was professional, kind and very accommodating. She raised my view of Comfort properties. Lobby and room clean and fresh. They also have the hotel store with drinks and other items,, but it desperately needs to be replenished. I will definitely use this property in the future.

Update: This property has been open for a while now and the high standards remain. My only issue is th shower water pressure and temperature, but I understand heat must be limited due to liability.

I experienced a hotel manager deal with a very difficult situation in the most professional and polite way a person can. There was an very angry guest (more like arrogant and awful person) yelling and screaming to have his way. He disregarded all the rules that would keep his peers and other guest safe and comfortable. He almost went behind the glass barrier to scream at the manager. In the meantime she kept her composure, was polite, gave alternatives and options to accommodate the guest. He will not come down. I want to take the time to say THANK YOU to this person. She is an example of professionalism, great customer service and a true leader( she gave everyone great service). There is so much more I can say to explain how great this person is but please just trust she is. I’m sure that you will feel safe and comfortable during your stay with Manager Ms. T. Johnson 🙂

My stay has been very nice. The room was clean and exactly how it is pictured. The staff are exceptional. The front desk ladies Amberly (please forgive my spelling) and the front desk manager Trevette ( please forgive my spelling) we fantastic and very kind. I truly appreciate their help. Very friendly.

Mr. Markus the front desk clerk was amazing. He helped us and was so patient while doing so. He waited patiently while we called the bank because our card wasn't working. The housekeepers were amazing as well. My pet peeve is cleanliness. When you walk into the lobby it is always clean and smells clean. I loved that no matter what time I came out my room to get ice or a snack someone was always at the front desk Alert and Observant. The beds were very comfortable. I loved the restroom. It was nice and spacious and clean. Next time we are in the area we will definitely be giving comfort Inn and Suites on Wintergreen Rd another stay.

The room was very spacious, very clean and very nice! The Front Desk Manager, Ms. Johnson was very sweet and very pleasant as well as the other front desk clerk working with her. They had a flowing system for check in. I look forward to my next stay with Comfort Suites.

My Boyfriend and I had a great time here. Room are spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and good and hot. Definitely will stay here again. The front desk was great. The night clerk and cook in the morning for breakfast was awesome and our angel. He went out his way to help us. Thank you sir
